So easy to join up . Very easy to calorie count all food this app keeps me on track I can keep an eye on my fluid intake ,my steps, and that I'm eating the correct balance of protein carbs fats and fibre . I love the fact that if you are struggling with any part of it you always have a coach on hand to help you on your journey .

I accidentally cancelled my direct…
I accidentally cancelled my direct debit. I received a nasty, threatening email as a first response to this. I was being sent to debt collector and my credit rating would be affected! All this for £7.99!!
I contacted them and paid my late fee. They failed to see the email tone/ content was nasty, threatening or scaremongering. Very poor customer service.
Unfortunately for them, I joined with a large group of friends who will not be renewing their memberships.
Shame on you.

A lot of information for such a small price
Items ordered came next day, been on it for 4 weeks and the app is super easy to use, I am just getting use to weighing all food out and due to having an op figuring out which foods suit me. I haven’t lost any weight yet but that is down to learning which I have to do too. There is a lot of information you can chose to read along with exercises which I can’t do just yet. I am really enjoying this journey and on the plus side I haven’t really increased. I have forgotten to add items on at times which is my own doing. The supplements are great I really love the collagen capsules as I don’t like the taste of powders and can take these at the same time as my normal medication so it feels like my normal routine. Really impressed

This is the only weight loss program I have been on and lost weight. I’ve always struggled to understand how to work out my calorie deficit. They have helped me understand that the less exercise I do the less I can eat. Also if you want to eat something, have it but make sure you track it and stick within your calorie deficit. I’m still learning and enjoy the journey

I’m finding the food goals good knowing how much protein fibre I need would be good to have more recipes and to know how to weigh them when doing for whole family as they eat more than me. Maybe some more easy exercise to do at home with out equipment
