Easy to use and very helpful

The app if good for finding food as long as it has a barcode, but eating out! waste of time.
I use the public gym and the app has very little on there for me to add,
it also doesn't takeaway any calories burnt at the gym into considation.

Personally I wouldn't recommend.
I'm still in the contract only been signed up a few months. I actually hate the app tbh. I find it so annoying especially when it come to meals you make, especially when it's a family meal. So much faff.
I've used other app and found them much better and fraction of the cost and actually lost more weight. The app it's self has nothing to do with whether I lose weight, it's just the tracking part for me that just shows me going past calories. What i eat in general is all good. I've always home cooked anyway. More amounts and bordem eating i need to track and I have used many more apps much better.
I have ordered some supplements from there- I'm already taking the ones I'm swapping to but people have raved about them so I think maybe trying something others can recommend is worth trying but we'll see.
The app it's self unless you download and sign in you don't know what it looks like or whether it's for you, you're then stuck in a 12 month contract regardless although you notice straight out it's nothing special or anything different really and ones you can get either free or a lot less in price and offer not only more but you can cancel anytime. I guess that's why you're then stuck as they know that.
I had cancer and am in early menopause with being on HRT I just need to track more but I personally hate this app. I'm 31 with 2 children and the app infact makes me over think more than anything else and boring.
You get nothing more than places like lose it etc.
I haven't really followed it as it's so much effort as I say especially meals. Individual items not so bad.
I'm just waiting until I can cancel and will go back to my original app.
I also don't like how they slate slimming world and push the injections.
I just find it all scamish on the front of saying about health and wellbeing but pushing narratives and people mostly losing as they are infact on the jab.

I’ve found the Team RH app really easy to use and straightforward to navigate. The food database has such a wide variety of foods, which makes tracking meals really simple and convenient. I’ve been able to find most of the foods I eat without any hassle, making it much easier to stay on track. Overall, I’m really enjoying using the app and finding it a great tool to support my weight-loss journey.

Been using TeamRH on and off for about a couple of years now. I haven't been very successful on losing weight BUT that is completely my own fault. The app, the plan, the team is fantastic. Great support network and the best protein powders ever made. The plan 100% works if you stick to it and do it correctly. I just love chocolate which is why I go up and down and I track then don't track so its inconsistent and that's my problem. I am planning on following correctly over the next year and hopefully eventually will get to where I want to be. If you make the effort it works. If you don't make the effort it won't work. Its not a miracle cure. I love the app. I did not like MFP.

Very efficient and received ina couple of days. Excellent value for money and good quality scales.

Can’t really give a proper review yet as only been doing it for a week but at the moment but I am enjoying it although it takes a bit of getting used to I’ll write a better review in a months time

Another day, another post, and still no resolution. Also apparently they care so much for people health and wellbeing, they are offering discounted fat jabs!! Anything to make a quick buck hey!

Team RH replied to my review… not to resolve the problem, but to thank me for my feedback. That’s not what I need. I need someone to stop charging me for a service I can’t even access.

I’ve now been ignored on your online contact form, ignored on WhatsApp, and I’m still being charged despite cancelling after 5 minutes because the app was so basic. I don’t even want a refund anymore, keep the £18. I just want someone to do the decent thing and reply with, “We’ve cancelled your membership.” It really shouldn’t be this difficult.

Seeing Team RH now promoting discounted weight-loss injections has only confirmed I’ve made the right decision to leave. A company that should be encouraging healthy eating, exercise, and sustainable habits is instead cashing in on people who are desperate to lose weight. That’s not something I can support. It’s disgusting to be honest.

There are far better fitness coaches and apps out there who genuinely care about improving people’s health rather than making a quick buck. Until Team RH resolves this, I’ll continue sharing my experience so others know exactly how I’ve been treated.

Wow…Team RH. First class customer service, nothing is a problem. So helpful. If you’re looking for a lifestyle change & wanting to lose weight this is the place to go. Can’t recommend enough.

It’s so easy to track, lots of motivational tools and support available. It’s the easiest thing to follow, it’s not just for loosing weight, it’s about health too. Couldn’t recommend the plan more.

I ordered some creatine for next day delivery. Due to my postcode that wasn't possible and I received an email the same day explaining this and was refunded the difference straight away. Brilliant company with excellent customer service.

Best protein powder out there, even better than the previous Fat Cow one.
Collagen is the best I’ve tried too. My nails are in the best condition ever.
Dispatched super quick, however Evri delivery was atrocious (not the fault of TeamRH)
