I have been using the team RH app for a week's now and it's by the best out there easy to use with everything there too help you get your weight loss goals

Don’t fall for this app. I was told I signed up to a 12 month subscription even though I did not I only have invoice for one off payment. Also, I requested support 4 times and not once did I get answer from the team for 3 months. The product list is slim so are the workouts. Avoid!

Great info about each product so easy to know what one was best for your needs. Great price and easy to order.100% recommend.

I would def recommend. So far so good, I’ll not lie, it’s hard work inputting eve try thing you have consumed and remembering to input weight etc, however, if it was easy anybody would do it.
You put in what you want to get out of I t.
And results show, my first week I lost 5lbs x

I am extremely disappointed with Team RH Fitness and would never recommend them based on my experience.

I signed up approximately four months ago believing I was purchasing a monthly membership. I genuinely had no idea I was committing to a 12-month contract with monthly payments.

The moment I noticed the first renewal payment, I contacted customer services and asked for my membership to be cancelled. Instead of helping, they ignored my concerns and left my membership active. As a result, another payment was taken from my account.

From that point onwards, every interaction felt like I was talking to a brick wall. Rather than investigating my case or addressing my questions, I received copy-and-paste responses repeatedly directing me back to the website and terms and conditions.

I asked several times for evidence of the checkout page I was shown when I signed up and where the 12-month commitment was clearly presented before payment. Despite asking multiple times, they refused to answer this simple question and instead continued to avoid it completely.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the Advertising Standards Authority has previously upheld a complaint against Team RH regarding the presentation of its “Pay monthly” membership because consumers could believe it was a rolling monthly subscription. That is exactly what happened to me.

Not once did anyone genuinely review my circumstances. Not once did anyone offer a reasonable compromise or even acknowledge that there may have been a misunderstanding. Their only concern appeared to be enforcing the contract and continuing to take payments.

The programme itself was also underwhelming. I expected personalised coaching and support but found it generic and poor value for money.

I have now had to involve my bank because Team RH made cancelling so difficult and repeatedly failed to deal with my complaint properly.

If you’re thinking of joining, read every single word before paying and don’t assume “pay monthly” means you can cancel monthly. My experience has been stressful, frustrating and incredibly disappointing, and the customer service has been some of the worst I have dealt with.

I appreciate the apology, but unfortunately it does not resolve my complaint.

What I find particularly disappointing is that Team RH was able to respond to my Trustpilot review within minutes, yet it took repeated emails and chasing to receive responses to my customer service enquiries. Even then, my specific questions were never properly addressed.

My concern has never been about whether Team RH intends to improve its communication in the future. My concern is that despite contacting customer services as soon as I realised the payments were continuing, my membership was not cancelled, further payments were taken, and my repeated requests for evidence of what I agreed to at the point of sign-up have still not been answered.

I repeatedly asked for evidence of the checkout page and the information I was shown when I signed up approximately four months ago. Instead, I was simply directed to the current website and terms and conditions, which does not answer my question.

I would much rather have this matter resolved than receive a public apology. If Team RH genuinely wishes to put this right, I ask that someone reviews my individual case, addresses the questions I have raised, and works with me towards a fair resolution rather than responding more quickly to public reviews than to customers trying to resolve a genuine dispute.

Team RH is a fantastic company, great products & excellent platform for nutrition & health plans to help you lose weight

Sorry for the long review but want to share my experience - I have wasted so much money over the years joining other groups, losing a lot of weight quickly and many slimmer of the week accolades but gaining it back and more. I didn't experience any benefit from NHS weight management other than I got a choice to be listed for surgery, which was risky with my bmi so I declined. I joined Team RH a few years ago after seeing Richies humorous but no nonsense and direct approach videos, it was cheap and worth a shot. Don't get me wrong, you still need to be motivated and it's confusing to break old habits but wow, I'm now actually learning more about nutritional values plus losing the weight without feeling like I'm on a diet. They are not being greedy - costs are kept reasonable, they are cheaper compared to others and the plan allows you to pay for it monthly, with the added bonus their protein powder is amazing. Yes you can track on other apps for free, but the Team RH app is amazing and combined with fb posts, coach videos giving recipe ideas and live Q&As, it keeps me motivated. My weight loss is steady, and I've a really long way to go (and had some blips along the way) but this approach is saving my life. Thank you to all the team, but especially to Richie. Without your humour and direct approach on social media, I would have stayed on a decline.

This is an amazing service, well worth the money. Great advice and structure. I literally couldn't recommend it enough, I just wish I hadnt spent months deliberating and joined sooner! Great app, best ive used and there's been a few!

So easy to join up . Very easy to calorie count all food this app keeps me on track I can keep an eye on my fluid intake ,my steps, and that I'm eating the correct balance of protein carbs fats and fibre . I love the fact that if you are struggling with any part of it you always have a coach on hand to help you on your journey .

Should have joined sooner! The app is fantastic, loving it 7 days in and losing weight already. The products I ordered arrived super quick, well packaged and top quality. Great service from the start 🖤💚

Why did it take me so long to sign up? Great app and great support. Only joined a week ago and getting positive results BUT you only get out of it what you put in. Would recommend.

Brilliant app. Super easy to use

I accidentally cancelled my direct debit. I received a nasty, threatening email as a first response to this. I was being sent to debt collector and my credit rating would be affected! All this for £7.99!!
I contacted them and paid my late fee. They failed to see the email tone/ content was nasty, threatening or scaremongering. Very poor customer service.
Unfortunately for them, I joined with a large group of friends who will not be renewing their memberships.
Shame on you.
