Customer service team blew it outta the park. My son purchased a kit from a Minecraft server, and typed in the wrong username. I reached out to their support team to request a refund, but they were actually able to send it to the correct username for us.
Ben was very responsive and worked quickly to ensure my kiddo got the $20 rank kit he purchased. Thanks so much for being awesome, Ben!

Charging me while refusing to identify the charge
I've been having several charges on my card by Tebex on a monthly basis over the last few months. I've contacted their customer support about this and provided them with a full print of the charge I was getting. Long story short, after a long E-Mail chain, they let me know that they could not identify the charge, hence indirectly claimed that they were not charging me - Charges have not stopped, however. On the basis of them not being able to identify a charge they were making on my card, I'm now considering to pursue legal action.

After opening a second support E-Mail chain and explaining the circumstance from a legal perspective per the European Banking Authority, the case was escalated to the proper department and the charge canceled.

Worst provider you can take.
Arbitrarily blocks accounts on the grounds of “suspected fraud” through their own internal systems.
Payments are also simply rejected and allegedly the own bank is to blame and you should ask there if it has already worked before and all other payment providers work.
Look for another provider instead of using tebex
