First contacted Tech Wizz via Ebay then on their website. Asked a couple of question which were answered within seconds!! Purchased product next day and the following day, it was delivered. Excellent service!!!! Only 1 small request; packaging could be a little better.

Ordered a Xiaomi Ultra 15. The package was shipped within 2 business days to Israel, and I received the phone just 2 days later. Customer service exceeded my expectations by far.

One very important point – TechWizz’s price was shown without UK VAT, so I only paid VAT once, directly to Israel customs.

Great experience with purchase. With some reason they couldn't send my order next day delivery, instead of that they delivered on the same day in person to my doorstep. Very good contact, they informed me at any stage of my delivery, even they contacted with me day after delivery to ask what everything was fine and am I happy with their services. Contacted Tech Wizz to confirm Ultra 15 being sold was global edition. They confirmed it was a UK model whithin 15 mins.
Ordered on Thursday evening and phone delivered Saturday.

Great price on my new phone, but what made Tech Wizz stand out was their customer service. They checked in with me outside of their opening hours, to make me aware of some potential issues with tracking and how they could be worked around. I appreciated the conscientiousness and help, and would definitely buy from them again.
