My iMac was delivered swiftly, in excellent condition. I started it up before I realised I'd made a mistake - it was too big for my workspace. I contacted Tech Trade who arranged a courier to collect it the next day and gave me a full refund. Best customer service possible.

Superb service
iMac was well packaged and although a day late (due to extreme weather up here in Scotland) very pleased with the end to end experience. Product ordered was classified as "SILVER" but to be honest looks like it is brand new with not a mark on it. Would highly recommend Tech Trade and would have given them another star had one been available!
