I'm sure the service is fine for those wanting a service, but my 86yr old father was pressure-sold into taking a policy, he has no idea what this service is and has never implemented it.
Better lead qualification please TT4u. And, more humility when you find out - just cancel the policy and be decent about it.
My 83 year old mother just got called from your company and you tried to get £159+ from her for blocking some content. Where do you get off cold calling customers and especially old people and talking them into something they do not need? Disgraceful and absolutely disgusting.
