I ordered a Kindle Paperwhite as far cheaper on this website than elsewhere. Yes it took longer to arrive but this was clearly advertised on the website. I could not fault all the updates I received and full tracking information was provided at each stage. When the item arrived it was packed well and is great.

If the item not in stock, they should have just noted "out of stock".
The money was refunded by PayPal one week after the order was placed without any notice from Techbuy. I emailed Techbuy, they haven't responded since then. Not trustable.
