PLEASE READ THIS AND DO NOT ORDER FROM TECHDIRECT SHENZEN UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK YOUR MONEY ON A PRODUCT WHICH MOST PROBABLY WILL NOT BE SENT.
I ordered a phone on 15-2-21 and received a quick acknowledgement. After 3 days I contacted techdirect and was given a tracking number (carrier: SF Express). I diligently followed the parcel from Shenzen, China, to London, via Hong Kong. Delivery was stated as 3-3-21 but it was not to me. I then contacted SF, who gave me a Royal Mail tracking code for the UK leg of the journey. Unfortunately the parcel with the RM code I was given was definitely delivered on 24-2-21, on which date the SF code listed it as still being in Hong Kong.
I later discovered that the techdirect.online parcel I was following was legitimately delivered to Basingstoke. The parcel relating to the RM code I was given by SF was delivered to near Peterlee - well over 200 miles from Basingstoke.
After badgering SF EXpress some more they told me that they had received 3 more queries about the same trackcode I was given, none of which persons could provide the delivery name/address associated with the SF trackcode given by techdirect.online. So that appears to be the SCAM: techdirect.online send off a parcel to a fortunate customer whilst later using the same trackcode for an unknown number of other customers, who are never sent the goods they paid for. SF Express declined to assure me that they would look into the multiple use of what should be a unique, single use tracking code. And neither would they comment on the obviously incorrect RM code the gave me.

Worst company to purchase from, do not buy!!!

I ordered a Smartphone (DOOGEE S88 Pro) on 17 Feb 2021 two days later TECHDIRECT collected the money from my bank account. Till now 22 March 2021 I did not receive the item, or a confirmation of shipment or Tracking Number with a courier company.
I sent an online Email through TECHDIRECT Web site on 24 Feb 2021 asking about the order ‘s progress, after persisting I received a reply from (info-at-techdirect.online Email) asking me for my Order Number & Address (Delay tactics to stop me from spreading the news that they are a SCAM – to get as much as people to place orders before they close). I sent few Emails after that, but no reply since. You will see only few good reviews, but these are from TECHDIRECT people. TECHDIRECT is a SCAM.

SCAM, don't ever buy from them,
I ordered Mi 10 ultra on the 18th February, got an order confirmation by email, then didn't hear anything from them, I emailed them end of February to check the status of my order, someone ( Jessica ) emailed me back and gave me tracking number starting with sf,
Eventually it was delivered on the 15th March but not to me, I emailed SF express, they got back to me saying that tracking number doesn't belong to me, completely different person and address, I emailed techdirect.online many times to find out what happened to my order, they never got back to me, I waited 3 days then reported the fraud to my credit card company to investigate and refund me £ 255

Same experience to others. After three weeks upon placing the order the tracking service indicated that the parcel is delivered (through letterbox at 23:47 pm). The parcel was not delivered! Tried to contact TechDirect several times, no responce. Try to get refund from credit card company.

I have had the same experience having ordered a Xiaomi Mi10 Ultra. An SF tracking number eventually arrived and I tracked the item until it was delivered - but not to me. I am not sure at the moment whether this company is just totally incompetent or fraudulent!

I placed an order since 10th February 2021, but to date l have not received the package . According to the tracking number given , it shows that the parcel have been delivered which s not true.
They don't respond to emails.
I have to go to bank and try to get a refund.
Avoid this company.

Ordered a phone on 7th February have been given 2 tracking numbers now and again same old story get a delivered notification but when I have emailed the tracking company they have said it was for a different address.

Looking at the other reviews looks like we are all in the same situation.

Don't be tempted to buy from this site- it is obviously designed to be credible but it is a total scam. You will be supplied with an acknowledgement & Order No. followed by a Track & Trace Number but the goods will never arrive! As per the previous review, if you are in the UK go to the Action Fraud Site & relay your experience by phone or completion of online form. The more complaints made the sooner this site will be shut down!

WARNING SCAM,bought phone had order number and tracking numbers all seemed ligit, I have investigated all tracking numbers and are all generated so complete scam, please help get this website shut down by calling action fraud on 03001232040

WARNING this is company is a scam. Ordered almost £600 of items and given a tracking number to the UK only to show as delivered but never received the goods. When I emailed tech direct they told me it had been delivered to their UK distribution site and would arrive shortly but never did. Currently awaiting credit card protection refund. Avoid this company at all costs

Ordered the mi ultra and tracking showing as delivered as per other reviews here.

I have not received any response, I have been waiting two weeks for the phone I bought and I have no response. I don't recommend it, scam or not

At start I had a mistake on my shipping address, but hopefully they got a nice support and I got a refund and then ordered with the right address and just now got my Xiaomi ultra phone. Thanksss!

Reading theese bad reviews, but seems that I am lucky or what? Yesterday got my package, but earlier there was the same problem with SF express with delivery, but that is nothing to do with techdirect, so I am happy and placing 5 stars.

I placed an order since 16th February 2021, but to date l have not received the package . According to the tracking number given , it shows that the parcel have been delivered which s not true. There is no contact phone number except by email and it takes ages to get a response back. Is this a scam or bad way to do business. Be very careful...

Did not got my phone, because techdirect had problems with they're payment processor stripe...
Gladly they answer on mails and got my money back. Good service anyways! Good luck finding new payment processor.

Phone is showing as delivered but has not been, no replies to emails from them or their courier! Complete scam!!
