My package was supposed to be delivered to my home on the 21st of April. For some reason they sent it from Spain to the Netherlands and then to Norway. When it got to Norway I was told it could take up to 10 days more to get my package and it was my responsibility to follow up with their supplier. The package arrived and it was not delivered to my home as planned but I now have to travel to go pick it up. Customer service was of no help what so ever. I asked for my shipping costs to my house returned since I now have to spend money going to pick it up- they didn’t even bother answering me. They also didn’t inform me when ordering that the tolls were not included so the package is now 50 GBP more than planned. Never ordering from them again they scam you.

Bought a TPLink Mesh 3 pc set from TechInn to be delivered in Chile. Paid for the product and UPS delivery upfront.
As the product arrived in Chile UPS contacts me and requests 19% VAT ( not clearly stated in TechINN's checkout that I would be hit with the extra Tax) but most suprising I get a bill for a new handling charge from UPS which is added to the already paid delivery cost. This last one is significantly high as the original amount paid was around 54 USD and the extra handling fee is around 60 USD.

Anyone visiting the Techinn page will notice information is not clearly stated at checkout.
However Techinn is not addressing the fact that UPS is charging me twice. Did Techinn charge me the UPS handling money but then contracted a “paid upon delivery service” ?
Is hard to know as their direct reply to my complaint is that either I pay all charges or I loose all my money all together.
I will file a complaint with confianzaonline.com since they are using their badge to convey the deceitful immpression Techinn is trustworthy.

They advertised a good price for a NAS, but neglected to mention I would be hit with duties and admin by UPS that put nearly 20% on the price. Email to their support address (only contact I could find) generated an autoreply but nothing else. Updated from 1 to 3 star: they do indeed have a note on the checkout screen, but it is in grey text and hardly prominent. They ought to flag it with a pop-up at checkout when they see the delivery address. I still regard it as misleading, and have yet to have a direct response from the support email.

Ordered an HP printer - it took ages to arrive and then flat out didn’t work, wouldn’t even turn on. Yes I tried many outlets and trouble shooting. I asked them if someone could give me any advice before I go through the trouble of a return - no feedback. Told me to contact HP directly for a return - WHAT? And then I had ordered an ink cartridge for said printer. Got an email it was about to ship. Rushed to message them to please cancel this since the printer was trash. They still sent it. Got a delivery confirmation but no package. Courier took a photo of the box - it was in the dark. Tells me nothing. So now I’m out about $200 for things that don’t work/I don’t need. Also I tried to request a refund for the toner and keep getting an error message in the form telling me to use Latin alphabet only. I wrote in plain English with no special characters. If you order from them, you’re outta luck if your item doesn’t work or you don’t need it.
UPDATE- they replied to reach out to them but there’s no way of actually talking with them through their website. This doesn’t help me. A good company would look up the person’s name and personally reach out to the customer.

I did not received what I've ordered. The international delivery takes nearlya week, and then to my surprise this is not my product! Now I need to send it back but you need to waitup to 5 days, another week for the return, and yet another for getting the correct product, so if u am lucky I'll get what I've wanted a month after!
The best is if you see the company reply to my post, they didn't even bother to read the review or understand the problem, talking about delivery method when the problem is the incompetent personnel who is handling the warehouse packed the wrong item! Well done building consumer trust.

I purchased a HEART controller.
I paid extra to get it early.
It arrived much later than the free delivery option.
I had to pay tax and customs that they did not mention.
When the product arrived, It did not work at all.
When i contacted them, they said I need to contact the manufacturer and they closed my case. They now do not want to help solve the product that does not work.

The purchase and delivery went well but the product is defective. I have told them but there has been no resolution so far. I had the same model of coffee maker for 6yrs and it was a replacement.

Techinn advertised their product as in stock, however it wasn’t as they were waiting for a supplier.
I cancelled the order, and to their credit they reimbursed the amount.
They get a 3 star rating, as the product should have arrived when they said it would arrive, then I would not have cancelled it.

Con men. All they offer is a glofified search engine. They advertise products that they do not have in stock, and then drop ship them to their location.
It's a con which IMO takes business from honest tradespeople. Do not trust thier delivery times. Do not trust their policies, they are not a real company

Do not trust this seller. I ordered a five pack of Ilford FP4 but only received one film. They are dishonest.
They also require a signature on delivery that complicates things if your not in. Appalling service 😤

I read TechInn’s reviews before placing an order with them. I should have simply purchased the EcoFlow inverter from a seller on eBay.com
The UPS driver dropped off the parcel on my porch and the box was open. So the package was tracked to my house and the box was already open. A signature was not required. In spite of the fact that it states on the box not to deliver an open package, the UPS driver did so anyway.
I am not holding TechINN responsible for the Lost / stolen Wi-Fi connector that I ordered.
I spent hours on the phone with UPS, and they approved my claim for a measly $33.99.
A very easy story to understand. The Wi-Fi connector was missing / stolen from the open box and UPS approved the claim.
I contacted TechINN and sent them pictures from every angle of the open box along with the approved UPS claim.
TechINN responded giving me 24 hours to send them even MORE pictures of the open box from every angle before they approve my claim and are making a big fuss about issuing a refund.
I am trying to explain to TechINN that I have done all of the work for them and filed a claim with UPS. All they have to do is fill out the form that UPS has provided them.
That’s too easy. TechINN prefers to give me the runaround.

TechInn has serious issues! They’ll respond to a negative review, BUT NOT the information that has been directly provided to them via email and directly to them on their website. Those claims, they’ll ignore.
I am done. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and have been reimbursed.

TechINN is INCOMPETENT! All they have to do is go on UPS website and file a claim by filling out a form and answering several questions. When TechInn inputs the tracking number, they will be informed that a claim already exists. All TechInn has to do is type in their bank account information to be reimbursed.
UPS will reimburse the seller, not the buyer.

Update. I placed my order from WaveInn. TechInn fulfilled the order. Had I ordered a bike from WaveInn, BikeInn would have fulfilled the order. I don’t know how many Holiday inns / TradeInn’s there are with this startup. They’re just too cool for school. Good luck writing a review with the Better Business Bureau.
The only way to get a refund from this startup is by filing a dispute with your credit card company, which is what I did.
After reviewing my claim on their website and looking at all of the photos, they have requested that I pay for a shipping label to ship back an item that was missing / stolen from the open box that was delivered in front of my door.

This is the biggest con job that I have ever seen. I file a claim with UPS and it’s approved. All TechInn has to do is file a Claim with UPS and enter their Banking numbers to cash in.
Like I said, the people who work for this startup are too cool for school. They’re not sure exactly how Social Media works, but they are going to find out soon.
I read WaveInn’s reviews and took a chance. The good deal that never was! I highly recommend eBay.com. You’ll pay a little bit More doing business with a reputable Corporation located in the United States than you would with a fly by night startup located in Spain.
What is TechInn ? It’s a Startup company that was established in 2019. It’s ONE startup company with Many Aliases. They’re Not building a business on Reputation. If one alias fails, there’s other names under the business.
