I ordered an onyx boox max 3 for a good price and it work perfectly. Thé delivery was à bit worrying in France as you can't get it to arrive in a relay in thé options . But thé delivery Guy called me on the Phone and offered to do it anyway.
I didn't need sales services so can't say anything about it.

The after sale service is good ! They gave me an adress in france to return my product as i didn't want it and we have 30 days to do so wich is enough !
The product is under testing on their french warehouse and they will refund me in 2-3 working days ! So good service that i recommand to all !
