The company seems to seek only money
The company seems to seek only money. My son was sick with several colds after registering, the company just send a cancellation bill for 56 CHF, so take into account that when you engage with such people

I just came to share my recent experience and noted another review practically wrote what I was going to say.
If all goes well, they are good. Hit a problem and the wheels fall off.
Their customer service sucks and your chances of getting any help are poor. I purchased a defective CPU and they practically accuse me of lying about it being defective with a sarcastic email.

Standard service as long as everything goes right, horrible experience if you need assistance during the guarantee period. The only thing guaranteed at that point is that you will lose a lot of your time. Absolutely avoid.

Worst customer service ever
The worst customer service I've ever found! I ordered a kit with webcam and headset. I only received the webcam. When I asked to send me the missing headset, they demanded that I return the webcam (which I had already installed in the meantime), and then send me the kit. In addition to causing me problems and wasting time, they were not at all flexible in resolving the problem.
Eventually I returned everything and asked for a refund.
No more shopping from them!

These people are AMAZING!!! I ordered a GOOGLE PIXEL 4 XL 128 GB FACTORY UNLOCKED JUST BLACK GRADE "A" VARIANT and it never arrived.
But then, after letting them know the true situation, they offered me either a new item or a refund.
So I thought to give it a try and I asked from them to provide me with a new item, either same colour, just black, or the clearly white, in which I've seen that it is long advertised as the best Google pixel 4 XL colour!
After continually providing me with further details, they sent me the above phone in CLEARLY WHITE COLOUR!! And the condition of the phone is PERFECT!!! It just arrived this afternoon to my hands.
Oh boy, the battery is perfect, the updates are perfect, the body of the phone, the screen, EVERYTHING IS JUST PERFECT!!!

Mistakes can happen anywhere, or you can have bad luck. At Techmania I was unlucky with one of my first orders and it was delivered to me with some damage. I was so satisfied and had built up so much trust in Techmania's support that I continued to place orders with Techmania during the warranty process.
The support was extremely fast, very courteous and proactive.
The error was corrected faster than expected and it was also completely straightforward.
I am extremely satisfied and will always order from Techmania if possible.
To offer a wide range of products or to have good prices is no longer a criterion for me, as so many dealers can offer this.
But what is decisive for me as a customer is how I deal with mistakes or problems. At Techmania, this handling is simple, transparent, honest and direct. As I said, mistakes can happen anywhere, so the most important thing for me in such a case is to be able to rely on the dealer.

After buying my laptop in Techmania online shop I was quite satisfied. So I ordered another product. This time it was a major disappointment. They've sent me a broken product. This happened during the times that corona crisis broke down. Not only opening return case was extremely tedious, they expected me to go to the post office and claim that post service broke it. This was in corona crisis when everyone just stayed at home and I had to go to the post office 3 times and each time the post office disagreed that they broke it. So each time I had to go home without possibility to send it back. How is that even possible that the customer has to take care of all this upon receiving BROKEN product? Honestly speaking it is not the role of customer to take care of these things and you need to give people the possibility just to send it back. And in the end I had to communicate this with techmania and was late sending the product. In the end they just decided it is not their problem and didn't return my money. I feel scammed and not going to buy anything in their shop.
Incompetent company - do not order
Do not order or if you unlucky you will pay for it. I have spent almost 400 CHF on monitor which apparently arrived only in its own box, without any protective packaging. It was delivered 2 weeks late than agreed thus I was not available at the address anymore. I have called customer service to check on delivery and they have assured me that it was shipped but they lied to me. Thus I have cancelled the order as I could feel there is something wrong with company. However despite it was not shipped, they told me i cannot cancel as they shipped it. I only received details of shipment days later so I assume it was another scam from their end. They have hold my money for over a month in total and now I have received a refund they reduced it by 34 CHF.
Now I am in discussion over this rest value and have not idea how long it will take to have it back. I have read reviews before I bought from them and they were good, but I did not do good homework as now I am finding lots of bad information about this company, so please beware and choose another retailer or company who you trust as we need to remove such a companies from market.
