RMA request was so simple
RMA request was so simple. Received a bad drive and was contacted the day after my late night email. Prices are phenomenal as well.

We test all of our hard drives with our developed in house software, T.I.P.S, which enables us to have RMA rates lower than most OEMs. However, uncontrollable damage can happen in transit. Thank you for your understanding during the RMA process!

First time buying refurbished hardware. Excellent user experience on their website. Prices were competitive. Visibility into the shipping process was great. Items arrived packaged securely, functioned as intended. When I realized I'd forgotten some components, the team got back to my email right away. Did later have to RMA one of the disks, which was also a quick and easy process. Everything about this experience was great.

I was advised handling would take 4-7 days. Delivery took 5 weeks, and when the machine arrived it was unusable due to having the wrong power supplies (the order was correct, the build was not).

Would be better if a digital purchase like a license was received the same day it was purchased.
