Francis is very knowledgable as regards audiophile equipment. He is very prompt in replying. I will definitely order through his shop again. Even in these trying times that have slowed everything down the shipment of speakers on a pallet arrived quite fast without a glitch. Highly recommended.

Delivery problems - money withdrawn, no shipment
Still waiting for delivery. Now 2 months since ordering.
Several promises of delivery, but nothing happens.
When asking for status and tracking info, no response or an apology and a new promise.
It has now happened several times, since beginning of the last month.
In the mean time they have withdrawn money from my account.
I have now asked for a cancellation and refund, but do not get any answer.

Purchased an E.A.R. V12 Integrated amp from Francis at Technology Factory.
The amp arrived securely packaged and in excellent condition considering it had to travel 3500 miles across the Great North Atlantic pond to its final destination. Francis was responsive and supportive of all my queries during the transaction. A very amiable and professional individual and I thought the follow-up email when I received the amp to make certain it arrived safely was a nice display of customer service. Technology Factory will certainly be my source for any future audio needs.
