Very cheap and good value. Laptop working as described. The only damage seems to be to the casing which was stated on the ad.

Product was fine, but website crashed and I have had no paperwork, confirmation email or anything of the site. Contacted the whatsapp number and had one message back saying it will be delivered monday after repeated attemps to ask for an invoice, what was happening, tracking information and more.

Bought a Dell laptop from Techno. Purchase was dealt with quickly and good communication through to delivery. Item was well packaged and in good condition as described on the site. When installing an OS I realised the keyboard layout was US rather than UK. Contacted Techno and they arranged collection, swapped the keyboard to UK and returned the laptop to me unbelievably quickly. It is always a bit fretful using a new supplier when things don't go according to plan and it is how such events are dealt with that really make a difference. Techno dealt with my situation brilliantly. An excellent and reassuring customer service experience. I will be happy to keep purchasing gear from them.

All the PCs I have purchased from techno systems arrived next day and were all like new. 2pcs were purchased a couple of years ago and still going strong.

Most recent one was boxed advertised as new and was only 4 months into it's warranty.

I had to call to clarify a question about the charger and got an instant response.

Would I purchase again - yes

Everything was great until I had to pay 68.93 euros when the USPS guy dropped it off at my house.
Also there was another 40 euros added at check out.
So I'm thinking should I have just bought a brand new one from.Amazon, Currys, Argos places close by???

Excellent service. Effective and speedy

Bought a laptop in July 2022. Quick delivery. However on receipt the battery was dying rapidly and they agreed to look into this. Returned with loose screws in the bottom where they had checked. Said they could not find a problem and it was fine. Suggested I buy a new charger (additional £35). Used it again and the battery died even faster disconnecting me from work for 4 hours. I went away for 3 weeks and came back and the laptop wouldn’t even turn on. They would not accept paying for delivery to check the laptop again considering I had already lodged an issue within the initial 2 week guarantee period and it hadn’t been resolved. Now having to get it fixed myself.

Ordered this reconditioned laptop for my son for his college studies. Was delivered very quickly and is a lovely laptop - looks like new. Has ample Ram and huge amount of storage.

So far it is working extremely well and am happy with my purchase which was very reasonable able in price.

I purchased a laptop which I found by browsing the website of technosystems.uk. I received it the next day and it was exactly the same and as was described in the website. I found a problem which could not be easily seen and when I reported it, they had collected it the very next day and fixed it and sent back to me in two days total. Great experience.

These guys were recommended to me by a friend. They had a few laptops that piqued my interest, so I went back through their catalog one more time. I'm glad I did! Great prices, upfront and honest about any minor issues with any of the laptops and repairs performed. I bought a used Dell that I'm very happy with. I will most definitely be return customer.

Some months ago, I got a good new laptop with a year's Manufacturer's warranty (no box) at an excellent price. I ordered another for my other half. We thought it was a new unit but was Grade b+. No hassle and refund upon return. Quick and painless. We will keep looking at Techno Systems.
