Very happy with the product and a decent price. Well packaged and complete in box. Information regarding delivery was lacking and was left in the dark as to where my product was. I had to contact them, I received no email. Apart from that I'm satisfied.

Needed a laptop for a new employee and Techno Systems were able to supply a lightly used high-spec Lenovo in nearly new condition at a fraction of the new price. Techno Systems will be my first port of call when I need more.

Laptop looks as in the pictures, very well packaged in its air sleeve and quick delivery very pleased with it. Only detraction is, I'm not tech savvy, didn't realise I had to enable win 11 and update/download drivers for graphics etc, a little bit of bumf packed with the machine, could explain this universally, whatever machine you ordered, otherwise very happy, thanks guys and gals, kindest regards, Steve

Purchased a HP laptop. Please with the service, I was able to upgrade to Windows 11 and expand my ssd. My laptop arrived quickly and was kept up to date with it until arrival. I had my laptop and a free laptop bag in under 24 hours of making my online purchase. Very impressed with the service received!

I bought a laptop from this firm before and both the service and the item were excellent. Unfortunately, last time the laptop I received was not working and I had to return it. The service in general was still good but I was annoyed by the comment of the person who contacted me. He said that their computers are never faulty, so he either meant that I am so stupid that I cannot switch a computer on or that I am a lier. None of these implications would be kind, no matter how good they are in their domain. I have not checked yet if the money I paid is returned.

Quick delivery, nicely packaged. Only critique was the plug that came with the laptop hence knocking off one star. Otherwise great condition and speedy delivery.

They sold us a repaired laptop with scratches and coming off screen bezel. Possibly screen was previously replaced. Hid that info and advertised it as Grade A [almost new].Didn't bother to explain or apologise. Returned for a refund.
