Great after-sales service

Great after-sales service. Bought a remote ring bell 6 months ago and one of the speakers stopped working. I contacted Tecknet via email and had quick response and they sent a replacement in just a few days. Congrats for the service.

Product arrived promptly. After 5 months developed a fault. Very impressed with customer services who rectified the fault. When you buy things you don't know what help you will get if things go wrong. Mia kept in touch till everything was put right. Amazing aftercare service.

Excellent Service for a very good product

I purchased two Technet wireless lamps on Amazon and, finding them to be excellent, I purchased four more. Unfortunately, one of the four didn't work. Technet's technical support team assisted me quickly, providing troubleshooting information, and once they identified the production batch, they sent me two complimentary lamps. Upon receipt, they worked perfectly. Excellent and fast service, as well as an excellent product.

Excellent mouse and flawless customer service

I bought two mice from this seller. One arrived with a defect, but after I contacted customer service they promptly sent a replacement that works perfectly. The team was friendly and attentive, and they handled the issue with care. Highly recommended.

Very good customer service!

Very good customer service!! I have contacted them about a wireless door Bell that I offered to a friend and which didn’t work properly and they have been very responsive. Got an answer quickly from Ella and she was very helpful.
She helped me to try and find the problem and when we concluded that it could not be fixed, she send me a new product. It arrived very quick and is working well!
So I can absolutely recommend

Technet a positive company!

I bought a Technet wireless bell from Amazon 10 months ago. One of the receiver regularly failed so I got in touch with the after sale support team. Ella responded within 8 hours and took me through the whole process of replacing the faulty product. She was extremely polite, professional and attentive. I received the replacement yesterday and am very pleasantly surprised with the whole positive experience. Amazon had no information for warranty replacement but just going to the Technet website I was able to get a replacement. This experience has given me confidence to buy Technet products in the future. Thank you Ella for all your help and professionalism.

Great after Service

Excellent solar powered lights

I have some excellent motion activated solar lights from Tecknet, which are brilliant for lighting the garden up when walking down the path. I had an issue with a new light inpurchased in a pack of four and was really impressed with how quickly they sent me out a replacement. Great product and great company.

Good product, excellent customer service

Very happy with our doorbell and the customer service was great. We thought that our first doorbell had stopped working and bought another. It turned out to be only a battery issue so I got in touch about a return. Mia was very helpful and accommodating in giving me options and was very responsive. I would definitely use tecknet in the future.

Good customer service

I ordered a Tecknet door bell thru Amazon, had problems with it chiming randomly at any time, often during the night. Contacted Tecknet on their help line, very quick response and they sent out a new unit and no quibble. This one works fine.

I have bought two headsets from Technet that failed in the last eighteen months - both for the same reason, a sticking on/off button. It’s a pity they didn’t deliver a higher quality product in the first place but good news that they replaced the second without a quibble.
