Lovely fresh fragrance, hair looked thicker after a few washes and felt thicker after about two weeks. Hair feels in great condition now and is very shiny. Where I had 'baby' hair, I now have thicker stronger hair that has grown longer than it usually does. Have already recommended this product to friends. Will continue to purchase

Delivery hadn't arrived, queried with Techtrich and they advised of dispatch day and that it should have arrived by now therefore dispatched another. Amazing to have cust service without fighting for it!

Still haven't received my item
I paid for "guaranteed next day delivery" for an item on the 27th of December that I am still waiting to receive on the 3rd of January. Additionally, my order receipt stated I would receive a delivery confirmation and tracking number when my item was shipped, which I had to chase to get hold of.
After emailing the techtrich team to request the delivery confirmation on the 30th December, they replied with the tracking number (which gave me no information on the royal mail website) and stated that delivery would be attempted on the 30th, still, no item.
I then emailed again on the 31st requesting information on my order and still have no reply, and as it stands on the 3rd of January, I am still yet to receive my order.
I acknowledge that due to the time of year delivery may take longer than usual, but the lack of communication has left me extremely frustrated, especially after paying for a next day delivery service. Overall, a very poor customer experience.

Fantastic product
I am extremely impressed with all the products and have bought for my brother, I am a hairdresser and didn't think that Tectrich products would work at all. I bought the shampoo and conditioner to start off and within a few weeks of my brother using the product, his hair follicles started to grow back on his bald spot, i could not believe it, and his own hair was visibly stronger. I then bought the fibers with the hairspray, it completely covered the baldness. my brother is no longer bald on top. We actually went out for a celebratory drink, i could not stop looking at him he looked 15 years younger and the guys in his local pub were extremely impressed. He has so much more confidence thank you Tectrich, I will be 100% recommending your product all my clients.
