We have investigated and identified an issue which we experienced until recently where our Payment processor (PayPal) had an issue which means not all orders placed were being transferred correctly to our processing and dispatch system. We thought we had identified all the orders that were affected by the issue but unfortunately this is clearly not the case, we have since moved to a different payment processor to avoid any further issues with orders. We have now located your order details and this has been dispatched today first class. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
failure to deliver
I purchased a product and waited a week without delivery , i then called Tectrich to enquire about my order and was told they was out of stock and waiting delivery .
I then ask for a refund straight away so the lesson is COMMUNICATE with your clients .

Rubbish
The fibres went all over the forehead and didn't stay in the hair. I'm still awaiting a response from customer service after two weeks. I would like the money back guarantee

Micro fibres
The colour was totally wrong , looked copper instead of medium brown. The actual micro fibres went on much better than Toppik but dissapointed by the colour.

Does the job!
I use this after washing my hair to make it look a bit thicker. I find it easy to use and does its job by covering up some minor patches and mixing in well with your own hair.
Would recommend.

Having white hair scalp can be seen through hair where it has thinned.
I like using this product especially when it's windy as when the wind parts my hair, especially where it has thinned out, don't feel so self conscious.

Is TecTrich the same as Toppix?
I had a small bottle of toppix and it was fine. But the TecTrich I bought 2 months ago smells, comes out in clumps and is in my comb and on the floor. It also is on my fingers when I run my fingers on my head. It looks and feels different from toppix. I feel my head is dirty when I apply the TecTrich. I wish I hadn't bought it.

Have only been using your products a few months, am amazed how well my hair feels & looks. It makes a change that what it says actually happens.
