I would like nothing better than to …

I would like nothing better than to give a 5 star review. I called and was told it was shipping In a few days. Later I have tried the chat. .. no response. Phone call never returned.Email not returned. Ordered a putter on June 25th. July 9th as I write this nothing. Not sure if the putter will ever show up.

Ordered/paid for an item that showed as …

Ordered/paid for an item that showed as "in stock." Received an email that the order was queued up for shipping and then a few days later was told the item is backordered until September. I wasn't able to fulfill my order and lost a week waiting for the item to ship, only to be told it wasn't in stock. This is unacceptable. I won't order from this website again.

Great and reliable company

Great and reliable company! Great prices on clubs and clothing! Customer service was flawless and received my clubs perfect time for my Saturday member guest tournament tomorrow! Have been using the golf club for my recent purchases and highly recommend!

The Golf Club is among my favorite …

The Golf Club is among my favorite places to shop. I've shopped both in-store as well as online and have always found just what I needed. They are a small family owned business with a hard working staff and I am pleased to have received excellent service and attention in the 9+ years that I've been shopping with them. They carry the latest in all golf products as well as high quality used equipment and apparel. Their shipping is very reliable and the staff is very knowledgeable. I wont buy golf products anywhere else.

No free shipping both ways = no more of my business

I will never buy shoes online again from a company who doesn't offer free shipping both ways on all orders. Free shipping is necessary when taking a chance on buying clothing or shoes online that you haven't tried on yet. I will be returning the golf shoes I purchased that don't fit, and will be purchasing another pair from a different website that offers free, expedited shipping both ways.

Ordered two replacement Ping irons …

Ordered two replacement Ping irons which stated would need 2-3 days to fulfill. They Promptly billed me for my order yet two weeks has gone by and nothing has shipped. Most companies do not bill until the items have shipped. I haven't even gotten an update on my order since I was billed. I'm writing this review because I received an email asking me to provide feedback.

Still have not received my club

Still have not received my club. Transaction went through 6/13, it's 6/27. I call Golf Club, response was deferred to manufacturer. Person on phone was like, oh well, too bad it's taking so long, do you need help with anything else...no, I'll never do business with you again. Thank you
