very poor

very poor! I placed an order for two pair of Footjoy pants on June 9th. I finally received one pair on 6/21st. I just spoke with FEDEX to learn that the second pair was sent to an incorrect address, Hopefully, I will receive them next week. How incompetent!

Product is perfect!

The shoes are perfect but it took forever for Golf Club to process & ship. I ordered my shoes on 6/8 and didnt recieve them until 6/21. It wont keep me from buying from them again since I love the shoes but customers should have a heads up.

The ordering experience was quick and …

The ordering experience was quick and easy (as it should be in 2017). While I would definitely order from the Golf Club again my only real complaint is lack of options. I ordered two individual AP1 Irons and the site did not give me the option of ordering the black version of the clubs. Additionally, API1 irons are come more upright than most irons so I had to spend some additional money to get the clubs back to standard.

Good guys here

Good guys here. They went out of their way to look for a backup set of irons my son plays. Thought we found them- which later turned out to be a inventory error with the mfg. Immediately refunded credit card. Will try again next time.

I bought 2 irons(Mizuno JPX 900 Tour) …

I bought 2 irons(Mizuno JPX 900 Tour) which I had custom made, and I loved the service and clubs, then bought a Mizuno wedge, loved the service........then tried to buy a Titleist 2 iron and was given the run around on when the club would be there and when it was/would be shipped(so I gave them 4 stars inoted of 5).......so all in all I would say a top rate company with top rate service, just one weird experience for me, but will definitely use them again. Service rep Drew was awesome and very helpful.

VERY DISREPUTABLE COMPANY
HERE'S AN UPDATE! - the owner read the review and called my cell phone. With NO effort to have a conversation nor hear why I posted such a negative review, he proceeded to ACTUALLY BERATE me on the phone!!! Trying to justify why they behaved they way they did, calling me rude, and just ranted at me. When he finally allowed me to say something, he just cut me off again, yelling and berating me. No wonder his employees do not reach out to customers who do not have a good experience. Instead of a reasonable conversation and maybe finding an understanding, he just wanted to yell.
You accept an order from a golf travel bag, showing the color, confirming in stock, send a confirmation, another email saying "awaiting shipment".
Then, a few days pass, and you send another email saying "payment refunded".
No explanation, just probably took my order, prob shipped the goods to someone else, realized no stock, and just said here's your money back.
I would NEVER EVER buy from this company again. With so many choices, why would I deal with a company that will screw me around, and not even have the courtesy to say sorry, how can we help you.

Upon speaking with you on the phone today. I realize that my customer service agents acted totally professionally and appropriately with your order. I state in your most scathing review that we never communicated with you regarding your order being out of Stock. This is completely false. Additionally, my representative indicated that you were a totally unreasonable customer who spoke condescendingly to him on the phone. I found this to be accurate as well. You are not a very kind person. I am not sure why you feel it is appropriate to speak with others in the way you do. Did you mother not teach you any manners?

Anyway, once we realized your "Closeout Product" (which are always on limited availability) was no longer available, we called you immediately and offered you the avail;able colors. Or, a full refund. When you angrily hung-up on the representative, we immediate refunded your account. It was refunded the first business day after the Holiday Weekend.

We thought our business had concluded until you decided to take it upon yourselves to give the world your inaccurate opinion of The Golf Club. Obviously, we cannot make every customer 100% happy. But, we feel we did everything in our power to fulfill your order properly and professionally. I am not sure how we "Screwed you around" since you receive your refund so quickly.
