I ordered 2 "Solar Eclipse" T-shirts on …

I ordered 2 "Solar Eclipse" T-shirts on August 3. I had received no notification of shipment after 12 days, so I emailed the company. I was informed that the items would be shipped soon and that I could expect delivery by August 16 (the eclipse is August 21.) On August 16, I received email notification that the items had been shipped. When I tracked the order through the FedEx company, I learned that delivery would be on August 22, ONE DAY AFTER THE ECLIPSE. Very UNPROFESSIONAL service. The company should not have advertised this item on Facebook unless they were equipped to meet demand in a timely fashion.

Unprofessional

I ordered 3 shirts from this company. The shirts were to be delivered by Aug 16th 2017. However, they were not shipped until Aug 15, 2017. I needed my shirts by Aug 21st, 2017. My shirts will make to me until after the 21st. When I contacted the company they said they had gotten to many orders and that delayed the ability to print the shirts in a timely manner. If the company had informed me of the delay I would have cancelled my order. They didn't communicate any problem with my order. This manner is unprofessional - I will never buy from this company again. I would tell people not to order from this company!
