I use this blender to make a drink
I use this blender to make a drink - lassi - which must be blended for 5 minutes. This blender has a safety feature which is really handy - it stops after one minute of continuous blending to avoid overheating. This is really useful since it prevents damage to the engine. One think I dislike about it is the fact that, even when the amount of liquid is low - below 0.5 - the liquid rises too much in the cup and messes up the lid. My previous Tefal blender did not do this, perhaps the reason for this is that the cup was taller.

Allowed me to buy a faulty product and still no replacement part.
I was told ten days from the 20th June, I contacted them on the 19th, very clear in an email. No other time scales in the email mentioned I was told it was in stock.
No answer to emails after the 10 days were up.
I have just managed to get through on the phone today 10th July four weeks later. Now they are saying oh it’s got to come from France so it’ll take 3-5 weeks. You can drive to France from the UK in less than a day, I said. Silence! I’ll be reporting to trading standards and getting my money back from my bank if it’s not here by next week end of.
Another fight I could do without.

Appalling customer service - Avoid at all costs
I purchased a steam iron through the Tefal Website and the order was processed and payment taken. Two hours later, I received an e-mail stating that my order had been cancelled due to lack of stock.
This is absolutely shocking customer service and not what I would expect from Tefal. How is it possible for an organisation the size of Tefal to allow orders to be processed and payment taken through their own website if they simply do not have the stock to fulfill their obligations.
I have been told that a refund has been processed but, as yet, it has not hit my account. Needless to say, I will never again purchase anything from Tefal.

It was a brand that I preferred very much until now. I will never buy products from here again and I do not recommend them. I have never seen such terrible customer service in my life. It's even worse when they make irrelevant suggestions to a problem I'm experiencing and portray their own mistakes as if they were caused by the user. I will never buy a product again.
Absolute nightmare experience
I'm having an absolute nightmare experience with Tefal.nl
I ordered an air fryer on 25 April (a month ago). The item didn't deliver in weeks. During this time tefal.nl customer service was not reachable. After long waiting time (up to 20 mins) I could only talk to them once. The item arrived in 3 weeks, I refused the delivery as I didn't need the item anymore (this was recommended by Tefal).
Another week has passed, I have not been refunded, the customer service is not connecting, I finally managed to speak to them today but they are sending me through the loopholes to contact their finance department, etc.
An absolute irresponsible seller.
The next step for me is to take legal actions.

I bought a Steam Generator Iron from Tefal.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS IRON!!
I followed all the instructions on how to use. Only used clear water in the water reservoir.
List of issues:
Poor Steam
Too much steam and dirty stains come out all over clothes, this happens a lot!
Reservoir difficult to remove to fill.
3 heat settings insufficient heat to remove creases.
I contacted Tefal to explain the issues, sent proof of purchase (bought 22/2/2024) evidence of issues etc..
Was told only give 30 days return or replace? Very poor!
So I am stuck with a useless product that cost me £159!!
Think they need to be investigated by the Ombudsman!

I bought a Tefal air fryer ..it made the work surface l stood it on..really hot..red hot in fact..l rarely used it because off this..has l had to be careful where l put it ..even if l stood it on a marble slab the heat went through it..l thought perhaps normal has the air vents are at bottom
But recently a few friends bought one..there's was fine could be put on there work surface..l got in touch with Tefal explaining problem...they wanted video .if how hot it got..yes ..l sent video and explained..well they collected it..l was impressed..but they said they waiting for part from france to repair it..now there must been faulty from beginning ..it cooked fine odd times l used it..so why am l still waiting..if was faulty from new which l think it was..shouldn't they just replaced it and explained why it got so hot. .lve never cooked for more than 10 min due to the heat from it..the inside was fine
Tefal toast n Bean Toaster - A faulty product
I own a all-in-one toaster that is suppose to do bread, beans and eggs all at the same time. I paid a fortune thinking my breakfast will be sorted in much lesser time. I only could get bread toasted nothing else ever worked not even a single day... now even bread part is not working as the power keeps on switching to the beans making it a hazard as anytime accident can happen.
Tefal a great household name but such a rubbish product. Can company help to replace the item even with a normal toaster due to this hazard
Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. Do not touch this company!!!! Customer service is appalling and they don’t believe you. They basically accused me of lying about the problems I have been having with a multicooker I purchased in dec 2022. It started leaking and the connection at the back kept crackling and the cooker would turn itself off. I sent videos and photos. Issues started last Oct. They sent a courier to collect it. Waited weeks and had to chase up to get an update. Their service team said nothing was wrong so returned it. Same things happened again! One advisor said if connection is crackling means cooker is working properly!!! Water and a crackling connection!!! Hazardous!! Tefal then sent another courier to collect again to inspect and now they’re still saying nothing is wrong!! They even said the product was damaged as I didn’t package it properly!! I sent it the same way as I did the 1st time!!
Then Tefal said the cooker has now been sent to a repair dept to repair something which I have to pay for??? But they said it was all ok?? I’m confused!! Absolutely AVOID!!!!!!

I bought Tefal powermix cook blender and happy to use it. It is handy and quick.But I was not satisfied with customer service .

Cannot understand how / why they’re making it so hard over something straightforward and not expensive. Still unresolved after about three weeks of trying.
