Item arrived promptly, but sadly the main function didn’t work. Spoke with customer services for a replacement, after nearly half an hour on phone having been given ‘fault finding’ advice (contradicting the user manual!) then being asked to upload videos eventually agreed to replace it. 5 days later collected and now just waiting for replacement. Two and a half weeks since ordering and still don’t have a working item.
When trying to post this on their website, having been invited to do a review by them, it was ‘moderated out’!?

Such behavior is unacceptable and could deter potential customers from buying your products. I was asked by the first representative for a “real” name for a bolt. I have no idea, so here I am without a spare part I require for an expensive air fryer.

Tefal Iron is extremely difficult to use and dangerous because of it’s design.
Holding bracket totally inadequate. The iron dropped on to our carpet and burnt it.
Electric cable is raised and makes handling and use very difficult. For a product that has extreme heat it should banned.

I have an airfryer EY401840 which I have had to send back three times in less than a year due to it being faulty. The most recent episode was a number of weeks ago where to power cable, yet again, would start crackling which is quite concerning. I got in touch with Tefal again to arrange a collection for it to be repaired, this is the second time there’s been a fault with the power cable making a crackling sound when powered. It came back and when I began using it, it smelt like burning plastic so I got in touch for the third time for arrange a collection for it to be fixed. I received a phone call from Tefal basically telling me I was lying and there cannot find a fault nor does it smell of burning electrics. I have been told to continue using it as it’s deemed safe. Are you going to pay for a new kitchen for me when it blows up? Or will you compensate me for a new house? Can you guarantee my family and I wont die in a house fire caused by your faulty product you’re refusing to exchange?!?!? Bear in mind it’s still within the warranty period.

Do not buy from Tefal
I purchased a steam generator iron from this company in July 2022. From day one it leaked water, with clothes soaked after ironing. After a lot of communication the iron was replaced in October. The new iron was no different. I have produced evidence in the form of videos and photographs of how wet clothes are after ironing.
Tefal collected the iron five weeks ago and I have been informed today that there is nothing wrong with the iron and it will be returned to me with nothing done.
I plan on taking Tefal to the small claims court. Their customer service is non existent and my husband has even been told to stop communicating with them.
Avoid buying anything made by Tefal, if anything goes wrong they just don’t want to know. If I could award No stars I would.

Product sent with a quality issue, there were deep scratches. I'm 100% sure that product can not pass quality tests. I'm assuming that they sent a faulty product consciously to make profit out of it.
Their return process is extremely difficult and old fashioned.
Spares Parts not fit for purpose
Bought from Tefal UK shipped from the Netherlands spare part upper and lower grill plates for an OptiGrill. When they arrived the upper plate was bent and the lower plate would not reliably click into place.Contacted Tefal with evidence who responded with a receipt of enquiry number (04223430). Since then nothing from them and no denial that Tefal was rejecting component parts fit for resale production and moving them on as sub standard spare parts. If you buy a Tefal product don't expect to repair a perfectly good appliance they want you to throw it away and buy a new one something not in the best interests of anyone especially EU Regulators.
