The camera "HAYEAR" that i recently purchased from Teknistore it came out to be a counterfeit. I sent the picture with the camera at the manufacturer and they noticed that the usb port is black, when the original cameras from Hayear is white. I wrote at Teknistore but they claim is original and they refuse to refund me. Is funny to read all this negative feedbacks and how Teknistore try to defend them self with responds such "Dear customer, this is not correct...". I wonder what escuse they will use this time, when i have the chat conversation with the Hayear manufacturer.

I bought a camera for my microscope, but is impossible to update the firmware due to the manufacture that has stoped the production of that cip. I asked for refunding so i can buy a better one, but they refused to pay my money back. Plus in description was mentioned that they will provide an EU plug, but they sent me a chinese type, so i purchased an adaptor because they didn't care less to send me one... The camera came after one month because Teknistore is a third party seller or dropshipping and they have nothing in their store, hence you can search your self the product directly from manufacter as they do. This website has a bad way to do e-commerce. Stay away !!

I thought I lost my money, but I was wrong about you. I received the refund after longer time ...but important is that I got it, so thank you!

The firmware for my device is only available online for customers inside China, but this seller is operating in Europe where customers cannot obtain the firmware. TekniStore support refuses to help me get the firmware for my PIPO W12 tablet. So I cannot upgrade to the latest firmware. In my opinion this kind of practice should be prosecuted as a crime.

Dreadful. Was asked to contact support as there was going to be a considerable delay in delivering the item. Have messaged them repeatedly but to no avail.
AVOID THIS COMPANY. As I said. Dreadful

Order a watch from the website and paided the money only to be told it was not in stock got my refund a week later.
WHY DO THESE PEOPLE WASTE MY TIME BY LISTING ITEMS ON THE WEBSITE ANYWAY. STUPID

Mail from Teknistore. My refund is in progress and can take 3-15 days, so should complete, Feb 15th.

Edit: Received Jan 31st. I'm being bribed and my refund is being held as a condition I remove this feedback. These exact words appear in other negative reviews.

"Please, contact us when you remove the feedback.
We'll be happy to process the refund quickly."

Original review.
Bought a phone in August 2021, advertised with two week delivery and taxes paid. Took two weeks to process the payment and a further 4 weeks for delivery. By this time, 6 weeks later I'm on holiday and the phone is sent back to China. It's proven returned by the tracking link. I ask for a refund and this is when the game with Teknistore starts.
After 4 months offered a lower spec, cheaper phone which I reject and Teknistore confirm a refund is in progress which as of 1st February, has still to happen.

Lies, stories, delaying, stalling... I can not in any way recommend this company. Engage at your peril!

Ordered a digital microscope from Teknistore which unfortunately arrived with a damaged screen (leaking LCD).

I emailed them with pictures of the display and was quickly offered a replacement screen - which I accepted.

At each stage I was kept informed on progress and soon given a tracking number.

A few days later the replacement screen arrived - complete with bezel and switch panel so it was only a case of removing 6 screws and 2 ribbon cabled, re-assembly and job done, on fully working digital microscope.

Would I have preferred that it had arrived in full working order? Of course, but things happen and it's how issues get resolved that separates the good companies from the bad.

Thanks to Lena and Ada at Teknistore customer service for the swift (considering post from China) resolution.

Delivery on time . Package was safe and happy with the item. In general its great service

I ordered a set of cat stickers for the wall at what was a very good price - and then read the reviews, many of which - the positive ones - appeared to be transparent fakes. So, I assumed I wouldn't see the goods or that they would not be up to scratch. In actual fact the package arrived in good time - considering it had presumably come from China - despatch information was adequate, the contents were undamaged and just as described. I'm very pleased with this service, but not so sure whether I would risk buying something expensive from Teknistore given the apparently genuine negative reviews.

I was a bit worried about my order based on some other negative comment but I got it and I am very much satisfied with it!

Another fake company advertised by Google !! Please do "NOT" use this non existent company .

I ordered smartwatch Kingwear KW88 Pro. Under 48 hours they texted me, that the order is discontinued and next 4 days they sended me full refund. Best service - big discounts, support is ultra fast and everything was better than in ali express or amazon. I reccomend this to everyone.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. They sent the wrong colour and when notified they insist that they sent the correct colour, even when photographic proof was sent to them with a copy of my order clearly showing I had ordered Gold and they had sent Pink. They then went on to insist that the manufacturing company had stated that pink was Gold ??? I have had to open a dispute with my card merchant to resolve. Stay away from this company, avoid at all costs

Absolute con. Despite several requests for refund for item which was never received each request is responded to with a new (different) tracking number. Stay away from company. Wish I'd looked at reviews first. You pay in euros however its actually shipped (or not) from China.

my package does not exist and I want my money back! I paid extra money for fast delivery !! I have a daughter crying it would be a Christmas present! you are a real bad business and I will tell everyone not to shop from you! I will write on all my social media! no later than Friday, the money must be back in my account !!
