The initial service was fine but adding…
The initial service was fine but adding my email to a subscriber list and then sending multilple emails wanting a review was annoying. To unsubscribe I had to go to a website and unsubscribe.
It’s annoying to be added to a subscriber list in the first, but the constant reminder emails and having to open a third party website and unselect all the email lists I was subscribed to is annoying.
They’ve lost my trust of doing the right thing.

Hi Martin.
We're really sorry for that experience. You're absolutely right—we shouldn't have added you to a mailing list without asking, and sending multiple reminder emails was not okay. That's not how we want to treat our customers.
We've looked at our process and we've made changes so this won't happen again. Going forward, customers will only get a single review request email, and unsubscribing will be simple and quick.
We understand this damaged your trust, and we take that seriously. Thanks for the honest feedback—it helped us fix it.
If you trade with us again, we'd appreciate the chance to show you we've got it right.

Good Price and Fast payout
The price offered for the trade was reasonable, and the website is well constructed. Although they appear new to the market, they seem legitimate. I sold my iPhone 16 Pro Max and received payment the same day it was delivered.

Great experience with TekRevive
Great experience with TekRevive, planned to sell my old iPhone 15 Pro Max in order to upgrade to iPhone Duo, tried to list it on Facebook marketplace for 3 weeks but no one bothered DM, so I did a little research and found TekRevive, their buying price is surprisingly higher compared to other trade in places, so I shipped my phone to them outright and got the payment sit in my account few hours after they received it. Highly recommend anyone wants to convert used Macbook or phones or tablets into cash. Will definitely use them again.
