I will definitely use Tekzone again.

I was a bit wary because I'd never heard of them and their price was much lower than the traditional electrical online stores. However, given the good reviews, I decided to go ahead and I'm glad that I did.
No problems whatsoever. My soundbar arrived promptly and I saved a significant sum.
I will definitely use Tekzone again.

Very trustworthy seller.
I had minor problems with Tekzone and the DAB radio I received and shared them with them.
They put each one right within 24 hours and made sure I was happy.

Stumbled upon their website whilst searching for a product which seemed to be really difficult to get hold of. Found it at a good price, plus 5% discount. Placed the order and it was delivered in two days, tracked. Fab service, will use again

Impossible to contact Tekzone
I purchased a Samsung Tv in 2019, over time the TV got some damage, I rang selfridges and they said I need to contact Samsung and Samsung have said I need to speak to selfridges or Tekzone. I’ve tried 10 times across 2 days to get through to them but no lucky, literally impossible to speak to anyone at Tekzone to get my TV Repaired.

Ordered the Bhaptics Visor on 19th Dec, late in the afternoon, and so didn't expect it to be delivered until after Christmas, to my amazement and delight it was delivered on 21st, have used them a few times now and no issues, highly recommend.
