Worst internet i have experienced

Worst internet i have experienced. The internet was fine for first couple of months but now its been declining for over a year. Location is Viimsi. We have tried to get help and I have worked 10+ hours to get the internet to work with even factory resets to router. Now it has reached a place where my family can not even use computers or watch TV, because it is so slow in the evening. Looks okay at the start and then they just slowly takes away all your internet speed. I tried to download a game that is supposed to download for 10-15 minutes on a mediocre internet plan and it downloaded for more than 3 hours on tele2 unlimited plan. Very happily will be switching over to Telia because then i can get to be online again.

Our home internet connection has been…

Our home internet connection has been down for three days now. We are still completely in the dark about what’s going to happen next or when it will be fixed. After countless attempts to call (always more than 10 people in the queue), several emails, and one pointless dead-end consultation with a customer service representative, we still haven’t received any clear answers or help:(

Using all of my data on several…

Using all of my data on several occasions in a single or a few days. Today my account was suddenly gone - when I ask for specifications they said I spent 532 Mb of data in a single day, when I was only connected to my Wifi. Even more stange, I only has 384 Mb left on my account, so how can I use more.

Several times a month there is the same problem - it takes days to top up my sim and when it happens and I need to buy a new package, they already deducted money so I need to make several transfers to be able to top up.

CLEARLY A SCAM COMPANY - KEEP AWAY!!!

Worst customer services in the entire…

Worst customer services in the entire Estonia. I purchased two internet five days ago which went smooth so I returned to purchased another three WiFi unlimited contracts, but to my surprise, the tele2 female assistant decided that I would have to pay to get it activated. I tried to understand why there is a change in five days but instead, I was told to go somewhere else. I would love to go somewhere else but sometimes I have to swallow my pride, and this was one of those situations I find myself. I would appeal that no one should go to Tele2 because of the rude and unprofessional customer service.

Watch out!!!

I am very disappointed with Tele2. My phone number was allegedly used to make calls abroad (Tunisia and Somalia), which I cannot prove I made. As a result, I was automatically charged a huge amount. But customer support insists that this is the way it is and they can't do anything about it. This way of dealing with customers gives the impression that Tele2 actually encourages fraud in order to exploit people. In addition, my monthly data limit was increased without my consent and without informing me, and now I am being charged more than the agreed amount. This is unacceptable, unethical and shows a complete disregard for customers' rights. I don't recommend Tele2 Estonia to anyone!!

fraudulent practices from tele2 eesti

Please exercise caution with this company as they appear to engage in fraudulent practices. We had an offer for a phone from them and we signed contract since more than one year, but without any notice, they changed our package and attempted to charge us 50 euros for a service we never requested or used. For the past two months, their customer service has been unhelpful, repeating the same excuses. Furthermore, they have resorted to blocking our other numbers to coerce payment for services we did not consent to. Thankfully, we have little to lose, so we can easily switch to other providers, even those outside of Estonia, for internet and phone services. It's unfortunate that they engage in such dishonest behavior.

This tele2 service is a theft

This tele2 service is a theft. They reactivated the service without noticing me after I closed my account, asking me to pay. And to pay for the service I did not use to be able to close again. The customer service is the worst. I don’t recommand. Even after closing my account they keep sending me bills.

Worst tele operator company ever

Worst tele operator company ever. Useless customer service. They unable to help you via e-mail, phone, chat. The queue is lasting forever, if you call. By e-mail 2 weeks to get your answer, and it is a year 2017!
They push their services without proper notice and you have to pay for that after. Trying to get rid off them, so far - can't. Still waiting for reply from representatives. I have numbers that I did not use and closed last year, magically this year they got reopened and oh wonder -you have to pay for reopening, and even if nobody using this number in or out - you have to pay monthly fee. You don't use internet, and yet you are paying package price even if your use of MB is total 0! When you talk to the represantative of Tele2, they are very incompetent, rude and quite frankly very useless. Only knowledge that they gained from the big company - is how to push customers around, being inpolite, irritate customers. After talking to them you want to punch somebody in the face with a chair or worse a hammer. Such a "good" experience you will get every time. They had a fine lately in 4000€ for cheating customers. And yet they continue to cheat their customers. By the way if you try to write them, make sure you understand both languages - estonian and russian. Because reply differs in translation. And it can mean a lot to you.
