Pendant alarm service
Have used Telecare for last 10 years an always been happy with the service. I had thought changing over to digital with new equipment etc would be a problem but they are so helpful when you call everything went well.

Excellent so far. We have had one incident when called during the night and one "false" alarm when the pendant activated accidentally. Both handled well.
Also made contact when back up land line installed by new supplier.

The initial 2 werks. I had some questions before I placed…
I had some questions before I placed which with a couple of phone calls were adequately answered. Delivery was prompt and a easy set up. The trst call went well. 10 minutes later the alarm was activated for no reason which was quickly dealt with. Since then no problems. I have had to learn how to put the wrist strap on with arthritic fingers!

I ordered a fall alarm because my partner had had one for sometime before he died, his alarms were always answered promptly by helpful call handlers. I have only had my alarm system for a month but the only occasion the alarm has activated was when I was delving in the bottom of the freezer!
I ordered my call alarm by phone as I had a problem ordering online when the information I entered would not transfer to the next page.
