Can’t deliver for funeral and doesn’t issue full refunds

I used teleflora’s link through the funeral home to ensure flowers were sent to my Uncle’s service as I am in another country. After I placed my order and selected the delivery date available on their site, I received an email from Teleflora saying they couldn’t deliver on that date. After several emails back and forth, I requested a full refund. Teleflora said they will refund me but is less than what they charged me. I disputed this and they said the smaller amount is what they will refund. 4 business days later I am still waiting for the refund. This company cannot deliver what is ordered and doesn’t refund the full amount charged. Thank goodness I found a flower shop that could and did deliver.

Don't order from them

I ordered flowers and chocolates for mother's day, which was important to me. The chocolates weren't delivered and getting in touch with a human is nearly impossible. they don't refund the taxes or exhorbident fees related to the products they forgot to deliver. Such a rip off. Beware of the crazy service charges too.

Floral deliveries different from the pics online

after 3 hours of looking for the floral delivery ( in a hospital setting ( hand delivered per their email) my recipient finally found it , it was left at the wrong building😡 , and the arrangement was far too different and simple as compared from what I ordered , I have pics of it and the one that she received , such a poor quality control , I will never order from this company again !

i would never order anything from…

i would never order anything from teleflora,i had placed a order on 10/6/18 for my Mom 89th birthday i had order a beautiful deluxes bouquet that had cost me a total$86.95 my Mom received on time but it was nothing what i have order ,she send me a picture of her flowers and it looks like a flower that i have gotten from a super market,the vase was a small vase there was not enough roses or lilies in the vase,so i call the same day she received them and i told them what happens so they told me that they could refund me part of my money back,so i have told them that i didn't want the money i wanted exactly the flower i have order ,so they told me that they was putting a new order to be deliver on monday and they would pick up the first one,well that did't happens,so i call today monday,so now they're telling me that they're doing a investigation and that they're waiting to hear from the store that they deliver and that they would call me back so at this point i told them i just want my money back,so they still told me they have to wait to hear from the store that they deliver,bad customer service!!!!

NEVER AGAIN!!! Neither should you if your gift matters!!

I was trying to send a loving gift to my Mom with a heart felt message about how much she means to me. Well, it never happened. I called Customer Service 6 times for help and received promises of call backs, emails and a replacement arrangement to be sent out immediately NONE of which happened. No returned calls, no emails, NO flowers to my Mom even on the second attempt! Needless to say, I WILL NEVER USE TELEFLORA EVER AGAIN. If you want a flower arrangement delivered for a any reason DEFINITELY go with ANY OTHER COMPANY THAN THIS!

Wish I could give negative stars.

Ordered on 2/5 for 2/13 delivery. Never came and on the phone after being on hold for over 3 hours was told it will come tomorrow 2/16 and to patiently wait the arrangement. If they arrive tomorrow I will dispute the amount for the delivery, if they don't show up at all I will dispute the whole order. I suggest anyone who didn't get their order to do the same.
