Can’t deliver for funeral and doesn’t issue full refunds
I used teleflora’s link through the funeral home to ensure flowers were sent to my Uncle’s service as I am in another country. After I placed my order and selected the delivery date available on their site, I received an email from Teleflora saying they couldn’t deliver on that date. After several emails back and forth, I requested a full refund. Teleflora said they will refund me but is less than what they charged me. I disputed this and they said the smaller amount is what they will refund. 4 business days later I am still waiting for the refund. This company cannot deliver what is ordered and doesn’t refund the full amount charged. Thank goodness I found a flower shop that could and did deliver.
