Four days after my review below - 4 days after sending referrals with more on the way; 4 days after managing my referrals, telling them that the deficiencies of Telegram Connector would be addressed according to what Morten told me. I thought about quietly coming here to delete my review and just move on but when I came on, I saw Lance Fontelera's review which just happened 2 days ago and decided I won't sweep this under the carpet and allow other people fall victim to him. My duty to the community is to ensure my experience/story is out there so I don't feel like an enabler. If you're patronising him, let it be an informed decision you're making.

We kept manually adjusting trades and even closing most of them. I chalked it down to "brand loyalty" and supporting a growing business. Morten does not have the best product in the market, not by a long shot. As I kept telling him, all he had going for him was exceptional customer service as I thought at the time.

In all honesty, most of my problems started as soon as the new version was launched. TC stopped understanding and obeying commands it used to understand and Morten had no answers. I believe he rushed this new version out. And in all these, I kept encouraging him and suggesting ways he could make the solution better.

Yesterday, I had even more issues and people I referred were also complaining about missed trades, abandoned commands etc, I got back to Morten and he asked for several stuff - log files from both TC and MT4 expert and journal folders, Databases from everywhere etc. It was tiring but I gave him everything. He said they were for his developer. Later same day, I wanted to know if he'd gotten a solution to one of the recurring problems and the guy started asking for exactly same things I'd sent him less than 6 hours before that he hadn't given me a feedback on. I told him I wasn't with my laptop and I needed that to connect to my VPS. I was still telling him that when he cancelled my license when I had 3 weeks left on my subscription and WHILE I HAD LIVE TRADES GOING ON!!! He Terminated my license at exactly 5:30pm and then at 7:55pm, told me the copier wouldn't terminate immediately, that I still had some hours. He waited over two hours to tell me that??? What is a measly refund of $35 when you made me lose 100s just because he had a product that can't scale so his best way to handle issues was to make me lose money? How grossly irresponsible can you be? I was at my day job at the time he terminated my license, there was no way I could make the time to monitor my trades so I closed them.

You can excuse basically anything and everything anyone does but when someone goes out to deliberately cause you losses in your business due to whatever reason, its inexcusable. I'm going to find a review site with capacity to take screenshots or better still, screen videos complete with audio files (I already have everything backed up) so I'll show everyone what kind of person Morten really is. I'm not here to do a back and forth with him, I'm going to post our correspondence and let people judge for themselves if there was any reason for him to deliberately cause me losses, I mean... we never had any argument or stuff like that, that's the part I don't get. If I don't find a review site, I'll upload them to Dropbox or Google drive and drop a link here and Forex Peace Army.

I am using this telegram connector and I must say it is Fantastic. This helps me so much as I have 4 signal groups I am in on Telegram and it is a Hassle to manually put in all the trades from each group and this makes it soooo soooo easy. It just copies the trades from the groups and instantly puts them in like seriously no lag or anything. Just Perfect. I cant express how grateful I am for this software thanks. Now I never miss a trade and Kepp up the good support you guys give me on the telegram support chat.

What a great service, works fluently, but most important, the owner, Morten, is a humble and easygoing man. Respons time if have questions is about 5 min!!

I'm using the software from some weeks and it works perfectly.
The support is very quick and helpful.

Just made another buy at Telegram Connector. Once again I experienced good service.
The Backtester product works perfectly as well.

I bought a month and disconnects very often I gave up.

And they didn't want to return my money.

I had a few issues installing the software but Morten from support helped me to get my FTMO account connected. Good service so far.
This morning the software have already taken 2 trades, so it works good so far.

Would have received less than one star if possible.
Moreton was great in the initial installation, he even offered a full refund if i couldn’t get the software to work on the VPS.
The first installation didn’t work and after a telegram conversation I had to reinstall, over the first 3 weeks the software was intermittent and I was back and forward sending logs and trying to find out the causes of why it wasnt working, which included problem with the MT4 connection logs of reboots, missed trades, not a great experience.
Then came “the fix” however this also didn’t solve my problem and I gave up hope and ran the subscription down. However I was then invoiced for a second month, for a system that I couldn’t get to work, once again I was informed the system wasn’t downloaded correctly. Poor service from start to finish. A refund would have been a good resolution but this was refused.

this software is very helpful on my trading activity following with a lot of signal. It executed instantly with high accuracy of any signal keyword/query. the developer team also is very open minded for future suggestion. the backtester also have a complete feature (but one more thing, this software is a little heavy for small RAM / processor computer, maybe it's because the complexity of the software itself, not a big problem). RECOMMENDED so far. Thanks team

I have nothing but good things to say about this software and their support. It has lots of options/settings to accommodate for many different signal services, and there are little 'pop-up' descriptions of many of the settings. It worked very well right out of the box. There was one issue that would occur once in a while due to the way that my signal provider provides signals. But their tech support was very fast in responding and they ended up fixing the problem in a new release over the weekend! Their tech support is friendly and fast.
I cancelled my subscription only because I'm not happy with my signal provider. If I find a better signal provider/service, then I will be using Telegram Connector again.

The software copies the signals my provider post, I haven't missed a single trade! I'm so glad I purchased this. Customer support helped me a lot installing the software and was very patient with all my questions

Did not send me a receipt for lifetime subscription and now claiming I signed up for monthly subscription and charging me extra every month.

The team at Telegram Connector is wonderful and very helpful. They helped me set up and had my trading transition into very stressless trading and the ability to trade without staying awake all night or day. The system and service are not comparable with anything. They’re great.

Good software, good assistance

I would find the right telegram for this program. I haven't. It works, kinda. It takes trades but it has to fall into their guildlines in order to work. The response help in Telegram channel itself is stellar. That is why I would rate it with 3 starts it would be lower without them being involved.

The software itself did not come with a lot of videos on how to opperate it just to install it. As I said it works but not the best.

10/10 this apps fckng awesome. Now I have free time

I have explained my request for a seperated adjustment of "Customer SL" and "Customer TP" for Gold and Indices.
(In addition to the existing possibelity).
Just minutes after my request I was contacted and it was promised tocontact the developer to add this feature in the "Channel Mangement".
