I ordered an earbuds and it’s been 7-8 days i don’t have any update of it. I only got email that your order is processed 5 days before.
Contacting again and again on there whatsapp and messenger. The guy named Samad isn’t giving any kind of response.
I’m the guy who is so used to online shopping and became customer of multiple companies, this was my first order from telemart and this is the worst i can say.
There is no value of customer today they said your parcel is shipped via LCS. I’m asking for tracking details again and again neither i got any message nor email.
When i tried to contact on their helpline number i got to know there number is not listed. Like I don’t know how to deal with this so called pak largest tech store.
Please help me someone. Give me email or anything of co-founder so i can contact him.

I've just placed my order and according to them, 25% discount was applicable on VISA cards. I got no such discount and now that I've made my payment online, I'm not sure if I feel secure about it. Should have just ordered from Daraz.pk.

Beware, not to pay in advance if you order anything above Rs. 10,000. You'll never get your money back and they will not issue you a refund as promised. Happened with me and they are not picking phone calls, not replying emails or tickets.

This company is on its mission to earn HARAM and they are rightly doing that. Would regret ordering anything online and stay away from this fraudulent and scam company called "Telemart".

Don't believe their brand reputation as its self obsessed paid marketing with interlinking to other brands to endorse them for money/gifts.

I had a really bad experience and customer support is actually absent.

Till this day after 30 days (more than 15 business days), I'm waiting for my money to get REFUNDED which I think they won't. Ordered headphones worth 43k and they cannot fulfil the order due to unavailability. And later they are not refunding my money, which was made via Bank transfer.

It's not worth it for me to file a case in consumer protection court. Otherwise, I'd have taken you there.

***Update***
I was finally able to get my money back after 2 months, however it only happened once I was able to contact the co-founder of the company. He was nice enough to reply my email within 2 minutes and asked the finance team to refund my money. But, to my surprise, the finance team even didn't respond to his email. So, I had to email again after 18 hours and finally did receive my money. So, I would say that the co-founders are good people but the people under them are poor professionals and don't care about customers. I would avoid purchasing online and especially paying in advance. You never know you might have to wait for months to get your money back.

Terrible experience, been 14 days for a simple delivery. The phone is in stock and was a gift for my dad which I wanted to give him before he goes on a trip. The phone never arrived and money is with them.
No customer service, no replies to my emails, nothing whatsoever! Avoid this place at all costs! REFUND ME MY MONEY!

Sir many telemart par aik mobile ka order diya tha, aaj koi 10 days ho gaye han abi tak yahe status show ho reha ha jo many aap ko screenshot send kiya ha. Mare card say payment bi cut gai ha par aap ki service bhot slow or bad ha. 10 days mai aap ki team ki tarf say kase nay call kar kay ya batna bi pasnd nahi kiya kay order kes wajha say late ha. Last mujhe Wednesday ko whatsapp par reply kiya kay 2,3 working days mai order process ho jaye ga. Us kay bad mai whatsapp par msg karta hon to reply dena bi pasnd nahi kiya jaa reha. Ager kahe to FIA mai aik application day dun kay logo ko online luta jaa reha ha or aik application FBR mai day deta hon kay mare account say payment or fed tax bi cut gya ha or Mobile set bi nahi deliver kiya or aik application consumer court mai bi day deta hon.

Placed an order for samsung galaxy tab s8 i was told its in stock after submitting money i was told its price has gone up, paid that too, after a week i was told its not in stock and wait for refund ,its 15-16 days already up from their refund policy of 7-10 days. Still no refund. Never buy from these scammers.

Ordered Samsung A32 online for 36598 and order was confirmed over the phone and after 2 days received email from abdul basit order cancelled because not in stock and tge same time they have it on there website but increased the price by 2000. Shame on you better learn the value of time and customer service than the value of product's.

worst ever experience online shopping.
I ordered a phone which was PTA approved, i paid them in full via online banking and it took them a whole next day to confirm that they have received the payment. After that, i had to follow up daily with them for the shipping details but on the third day i was told that it is shipped and you will receive it in 2 days without giving any tracking details. when I received it the box was not sealed packed, the first thing I did was to check the IMEI number with PTA and it was not activated (tax was not paid). i immediately sent an email (as this is the only way a customer can communicate with telemart) to them and still waiting for a confirmation on the taxes. I have a phone which I cannot use. i paid for something which is of no use to me and there is no means to contact telemart other than their pathetic ticketing system. it is an extremely frustrating and the worst customer experience i had with any online shopping store.

I juxst recieved my smart watch now for telemart.it was my first expercines at telemart and its great.
