Absolutely pathetic! Held my money hostage for 2 months now, still no sign of a refund at the time of the writing of this review. Thought I'd do my part and save others from the anxiety that i had to go through. Never pay these mofos upfront! Never! Halal roti kamatay ho tou inkay haathon zaleel hojao gay!

Well, they are very slow comparing with current competitive market. Where other brands deliver your products within 2 days, Telemart takes 5-7 days. And their support channel is cherry on top, they reply after 2,3 days for a single message.

Worst experience ever. I placed order weeks ago until now i have no update while the payment got deducted already. I tried their support phone number multiple times which they don't pick at all. I tried their support dashboard after 2 days of waiting they sent a copy/paste message and then closed the ticket themselves. I created another ticket and up till now there is no response from their side. I'd like to say that Telemart is HEAVILY OVER SELF OBSESSED ONLINE STORE PROVIDING WORST SERVICE.

Your products are original and in good price however your staff response and delivery is very slow even after charging for delivery.
If you want to come at the top improve your customer relations and delivery.

Best Quality Products i Ever Seen in this amazing Price, i buy a smart band for my daughter she realy very happy to use bcz in this price band have many of features and delivery also very fast. Just one thing I msgs on whtsapp they didn't reply May be busy .otherwise all my experience is perfect.

They have the very worst service ever, I have ordered Infinix Hot 11s and paid them via credit card but they did not deliver it to me even after 5 days when I email them they always reply to me with an auto-generated email, and they blocked my number on their UAN 021-111-662-453, they did fraud with me.
They fraud me of Rs. 27698.
Do not buy anything from this pathetic website.

They delayed my delivery by 11 days. Provide little to no customer service. And only notified me the issue of the late delivery after 8 days only when I got into their asses to send me the product.
All in all, telemart has good selections of product but I would not be buying from them online because they do not have good structure when it comes to their stock inventory.
So please order at your own risk

What type of tech store they are running? Worst pathetic customer support. I've already paid from my credit card worth 47k. It's been 8 days not received my order. Since I keep on calling them and generate a ticket from their support center. But not getting a single response. I request everyone please don't buy from this store.

worst website . ordered airpods pro 10 days ago and still in processing and talked to the customer support they said that it will be processed in 1-3 days . its been 10 days still in processing worst customer support and service !

The timeline on their website is totally deceptive. Do not believe what they say about delivery on their website.

I ordered SONY HEADPHONES 5 days back, on their website delivery time was 24-72 hours. It's been 5 days and I am still waiting for delivery.
All I hear from their customer support is processing/looking into it/working on it/under process nothing concrete.

Accept order without availability of sockets in there inventory. And ask for advance payment after payment is verified then your order is switched to deep sleep 💤. Your block 🚫by there customer support all channels like phone call 📲 email 📧.

Pathetic customer service!! I ordered AirPods on 8th of August and was expected to receive them in 2-3 days but after some immense stressful weeks and constant calls and messages to them (which btw they barely respond to), I received my airpods on 26th of August.
Never buying from them again. Take care of your mental health and do not buy for them if you want to avoid undue stress!

One of the worst ecommerce platform to shop with. Contacted them regarding some details of a product on azadi sale. Its been a week still still did not get any reply on whatsapp for my query. Reached out via facebook and they said prices are updated now.

Hire better people in your CS department.

Ordered a product 2 months ago, they asked for advance as that was an expensive product (60k+) I sent them 25k in advance. Now it's been 2 months and they haven't sent me the product. They have stopped replying on Email or WhatsApp. They do not pick my call from my number, and when I call from another number they say that product will be dispatched in an hour but nothing happens. I asked for a refund 3 times and they say I have to wait for a few days.

I purchased mobile phone from telemart and now 5 days passed away and they did not deliver my order.
I experienced very poor service from telemart.
