Beware of their rolling contract

Beware of their rolling contract. We were in a contract for 63 months. Our contract ends this month. We came to cancel it as we no longer require their service only to be told that we had to give 90-120 days notice, and that we are now on a ‘ rolling ‘ contract for another 5 years or we can pay these cowboys over £ 6000 to get out of the contract. Absolutely disgraceful business practice. Don’t use this company.

Terrible

Terrible - avoid. Easy and friendly to get into a telecoms agreement but have an appalling and unreasonable approach when leaving.

Not a good experience

We had loads of difficulties when moving to our new office and lost business over the period of almost six months due to lines and the internet being down.
We filed a complaint with the Ombudsman, but even then Telesis was not very cooperative (and the Ombudsman was, frankly, useless).

We have stopped using their phonelines and internet, have another provider in their stead, and we are still having to pay them until the end of the year, as per the original contract.

Useless when you need help!

I have business broadband and 2 lines. Whilst everything works well, the customer services are truly awful. On 4 occasions I have been promised a call back and on 4 occasions they have failed to do so. I am moving my account to a company that does what it says it will.

like all phone companies, termination is difficult and unnecessarily expensive

Some of the office staff were patient and helpful, but when they installed our broadband it would sometimes run so slow we all had to pack up and go home and work there, and it took an outside supplier to diagnose the problem. After they had solved this problem, everything ran smoothly, but as with all these companies, termination is never straightforward, although our contract had ended they still require 90 days notice - they've buried this in the small print but they will stick to it even in the difficult and unpredictable coronavirus times.

I have both phone and broadband

I have both phone and bb and the broadband is rubbish, its so slow it actually took me 5 mins plus to get onto Trustpilot then had to wait to choose a rating. Thats how slow it is. Ive phoned and all I got was we can change the router but it will cost you (They are always lovely so speak to). When I moved from one premises to another they charged me twice for doing it. It takes me all day to place a grocery order. They were great for the first 12 - 18months then the speed dropped, when I rang to complain it was better for a while, now its performance is worse than useless. Looking for another provider now
