Recharge error

My wife and I took out a contact with Telsim to cover us from the 7/1/26 to 11/2/26. The Telsim shop representative sold us 2 Esims and 2 $35 recharge cards and told us that we should recharge the phones around 14 January. He then created the contract for my wife to cover both our Esim's in her name and used my email address for communications. When it came to recharging this is when things went wrong. We individually carried out the recharge from our phones but for some reason both recharges were applied to just my wife's phone. Consequently my Esim stopped working on 5 Feb. We tried resolving this with Telsim but they said there was nothing they could do. In our view they should have extended network access for the 6 days needed as they could clearly see that we had paid Telsim way more than we needed to cover both phones for the period.

Lesson do not allow the sales person to setup a contract for multiple Esims. Set them up individually.

Upon reviewing your concern, we understand that two $35 recharges were completed; however, both were applied to your wife’s service, which resulted in your eSIM expiring on 5 February 2026.

Please note that when multiple services are registered under the same account holder, recharges must be carefully selected against the specific mobile number at the time of payment. If the same number is selected during both transactions, the system will automatically apply the recharge to that selected service.

As a prepaid services operate on a recharge-based system, once the recharge is processed and benefits are added or have expired, we are unable to manually extend the plan.

We appreciate your feedback regarding setting up eSIMs individually, and we will certainly share this internally to help improve customer guidance at the point of sale.

If you would like, we can further review the account details once again to confirm if any alternative solution may be available.
