May 1st placed a 200.00 order. August the 6th received two pieces of the order. Neither article matched the pictures that are posted. Have sent picture after picture. Have dealt with the automated email till I am blue in the face. No reply, nor have I received the rest of the order. I highly recommend do not order from this company. They will rob you. You have been warned.

This is the third or fourth order I have purchased and whilst the delivery was not fast they all arrived with the order as I had purchased. My only complaint was that I wanted to reorder a tumbler but the design had been only a limited release.

These scammers from Vietnam have opened and closed a number of shopping sites including overstocked.us and dabbleselect.com Should be avoided at all cost. A search of the net shows a list of open and closed sites associated with E-Moon Asia Co. Ltd. based in Hanoi Vietnam. There are multiple complaints on the internet about their various nefarious enterprises.

No real problems at all. Delivery took about 4 weeks but website advised that at time of ordering. Hoodie was exactly as advised and I think good value for money. Do not see what all bad reviews are about. Obviously people not taking current circumstances into mind.

I did take about 7 weeks to recieve the masks I ordered, however it did mention on the site to "allow 6-8 weeks for delivery" due to high demand. The masks themselves seem to be of good quality except that the images seem a little stretched but I suppose that probably isn't their fault.

SCAM! Made an order well over 2 months ago. Havent received my order and have had 3 email inquiries with no response. You cant talk to an actual person. Dont waste your money!

Took a while to get my mask but it fits perfectly and it's exactly what I ordered

I ordered face masks that were for sale on Facebook. They looked cool and I thought they were a pretty good deal. My first mistake was not investigating the company before making the purchase. At first they were very friendly and "let us know if we can do anything for you". Now they stopped answering my emails. I asked them for a refund and they immediately sent me a shipping number and said it's on the way. Two weeks later UPS has yet to receive my order. These guys are the biggest scams I've ever heard of. Don't waste your time with them or your money. This will be the last purchase I make from a company on Facebook without doing research. Facebook should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such a company to be on their website. Bottom line is DONT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!!!!

I ordered a Dominican face mask a month ago still haven’t received it I wish I would have read the reviews I WILL CONTACT THE BBB TO COMPLAIN

I will be filing a complaint with the Texas AG's office truth and advertising is a must in Texas. You have violated that law so now it is time for the AG's office to violate you I will never order from you again

I wished I would read the reviews first before I purchased my first order. 😑 I ordered a mask since July 17th I haven't got a confirmation number whatsoever. I emailed them and all I got it from them was this

"We have checked the order status and see that it's still in production now, due to the outbreak of coronavirus, the production time may vary and extent. We are so sorry for not making sure the parcel arrives in time. We hope to get much of your appreciated understanding of us.

The notice has been sent to our factory to minimize the production time and ship out as soon as possible. We will send you a tracking number when it's available." And I still haven't got a tracking number and will I ever buy anything from here. HECK NO I WON'T EVER AGAIN! 🙄☹

I would give negative if I could. Run they are a god awful company. There is no real human they take forever to send the mask sent the wrong style and the mask won’t fit a child. Spent almost 40 dollars on something worth 5. Piece of garbage company

I bought masks and blankets. The masks came eventually. I ordered 5 blankets and received 4. I used the customer service link on there site and there's no response. You get an email telling you to fill out the form over and over. I got in touch with Paypal. Intially, I didn't receive the masks after 2 months. I filed a claim on Paypal and when I got the masks, I called paypal to amend the claim to the blanket. Paypal screwed that up and amended the claim to defective merchandise. So the Templaran wanted me to send everything back for a full refund. The address is is Viet Nam. It would have cost me hundreds of dollars to mail it because of covid. I called Paypal about their incorrect handling of the amendment, they said too bad, so sad. Maybe your bank will help you. Never got a response from Templaran's customer service.

Wish I would have read these reviews first. Masks took months to come in and definitely DID NOT LOOK THE PHOTOS!!! I was expecting a plastic or carbon outer shell with intricate designs!!! It’s al just printed on cloth!!! I initially called and emailed to Cancel the order (since it was taking over 2 months for delivery) but no one answered. And yes, they import this from China.

Ordered masks..very poor quality worst I've ever seen..way too small ..contacted company but they just dont understand..no help at all..so just for s@%ts and giggles had them tested for covid...the masks themselfs tested negative but the filters tested positive now they wont even talk to me...p.s. these products are chinese junk..go figure

Why all the political crap?! Last transaction was a customer service nightmare and then at the beginning of summer they added a bunch of US politicized products on the main page that really has nothing to do with just selling products to people outside of their country or agenda. And their products are not that good.

I ordered 2 masks on July 9th. Based on the prior reviews, I'm very concerned that I was scammed. I've made several efforts to contact the seller and locate a phone number with no luck. The support response is useless and totally robotic. Nothing helpful at all. I hope to change my initial review of a subpar "1" soon when and if I do receive my order. My advise is to look elsewhere and check company reviews prior to ordering. I should have checked the reviews before exposing my personal information to what may be a scam.
