Do not order from them. They are a scam site. 3 months and my order never showed up. No reply when I tried to contact them and they use some shipping company I never heard of. Tracking number was bogus and now my account on their website doesn't work and their shipping company has no record of my order.. straight up scam.

It's a scam. Same story as others. Havent received my stuff, got a bogus tracking number. Always a bot that replies. They claim to be an American company but are infact Chinese. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so will get a refund.

This is a scam! I placed a $200 order for face masks back on 5/3/20 filed a complaint on the 17 for no response of order status and then received a bogus tracker for SF Express still not active. Several email complaints later requesting for corrected tracking I keep getting generic template emails telling me delays due to covid with no response to my request. I have requested to cancel my order and be issued a refund with again generic template email responses days later saying covid delays again no actual action being taken for my request!!!!

Paid for a face mask 6 weeks ago, received fake shipping tracking (they've used three different tracking methods in their replies so far) and got nothing but the runaround from their "help desk" who keeps blaming COVID-19 and the USPS for the delays, using broken English. Filed a dispute with PayPal.

Scam! Run away!
Scam! I paid $55 for two masks at the end of April. They said to expect 10 days before delivery. I never received the product. I contacted their support email and submitted 4 separate help request using their support portal. Despite their promise to respond in 24 hours... no response and my package was never delivered. Scammed for $55 trying to buy masks to wear as an essential employee during the Covid pandemic.
