Terrible after sale delivery service
Terrible after sale delivery service. I have been given 4 different delivery dates for my order in the space of 2 days. I am undergoing medical treatment and I need an exact date. The human online assistant simply logged out without answering a question. The chat bot continually gave inaccurate information. This has been an extremely stressful situation and I will never use them again. Terrible customer service.
I just tried using the email address below as requested and comes back as undeliverable. What a surprise. This mob are absolute cowboys

It said the delivery isn’t till August…
I ordered the wardrobe in June and It said the delivery wasn’t until August 27th. However I needed it a.s.a.p I wrote a review explaining this and I was contacted straight away by a lady named Helen who gave me options and managed to get the wardrobe shipped to me in early July which I am so appreciative of. Highly recommend temple and Webster great furniture and lovely staff.
