All these reviews are right. The sizes are ridiculously wrong (ordered a M for someone that usually wears S/M and can't even get them over the lower leg they are so small). Customer service isn't helpful ("We see that we shipped you the right size" even though there's no tag on the leggings). This is not a company worth doing business with.

Don’t buy these. They took six weeks to arrive and didn’t fit- to small for my daughter, even though I used the size chart. They would not allow a return or exchange, even though they promise 100% satisfaction with your purchase. The lining was not as advertised either- a very thin layer of some poor quality fleece- not cloth shearling. I doubt there’s any cashmere in them either.

This company is a JOKE. My husband, in a sweet attempt at a gift, purchased a pair of supposedly fleece-lined leggings, size "XL" (supposedly). When they arrived they were NOT XL, despite what the cheap, sweat-shop size tag claimed; they were so short that I couldn't bring them over my hips without cutting off circulation at my calves, and the fleece was more like cheap felt or fake cashmere. When I wrote to the company they wanted PHOTO PROOF, which involved me taking a photo of my half-exposed butt (I ended up wearing something underneath, but the indecency of it was DISGUSTING). I also took a photo of the inside where you can see the tag and the poor quality lining. Their reply only said (and I quote), "If you got size XL, you got the correct size. Thank you!" I am LIVID, especially since my husband paid $40 for sweat-shop quality trash that couldn't have cost them more than $5 to produce, they asked me to sacrifice my decency to prove how terrible their product is, and they blew me off so unceremoniously. My husband is HUMILITATED, and I'm LIVID.

Is there a negative stars? I ordered according to the chart and they are made for a small child. It was taking forever so I requested my order be cancelled because it still had not processed. Instead they expedited it for my convenience. I didn't want them any longer. Wait another month plus for them to arrive. I contacted them for a refund because of the size and they were the wrong color. They told me they sent the correct size so there was nothing they could do. I ask about the wrong color. They ask for a picture for proof. I send said picture. Crickets I follow up. Crickets. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I have been fighting with them for 2 months because of their mistake. I assume I just made a donation to China.
Also, note that I missed, there are no reviews on their actual listing. Big clue!

Bought these for Xmas presents. Sizes way to small and not at all what the pictures look like. Emailed them asking about return or even an exchange for size, they declined, saying in short that I got what I ordered so too bad. I emailed again and they just didn’t respond. Don’t buy these pants. I wish I would have read reviews prior to ordering

Zero rating. Took over two months to receive....poor quality, deceiving pics advertising shown as cashmere, instead you get a low quality fleece, sizes small would be xx small. Total scam, save your money. Even though they claim there is a return policy they will not take them back.

My husband ordered the fleece line leggings. They were at lease 2 sizes 2 small. The picture of the leggings was deceiving. Been trying to work with them to return for a full refund for 2 weeks. They don't want them and they say the item doesn't fit their return policy. Bc nothing is wrong with them. They better just remove their guarantee and return policy. Bc you are wasting ur money with this company. Stay with a company ur trust. Bc they will NOT refund ur money. I didn't even try these on bc I knew they wouldn't fit. Worse company I've ever dealt with.

No stars! Terrible company. Leggings arrived and were way too small even though we used the size chart on the website. They promise a 100% satisfaction guarantee but they DO NOT honor it. They refuse to exchange or refund even though the leggings have not been worn. I am out over $60.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This site is a SCAM!!! Do not buy. The leggings are garbage, opened the package and found a hole and they are WAY TOO SMALL!!! They wouldn't fit an 8 year old. When we tried to return them (we were well within the policy) we were told we COULD NOT! TEMPTLIFE sucks and we lost $70 for leggings that have to now go to the landfill. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

I ordered leggings and after a month of waiting, they arrive. I gave them as a Christmas gift and they don’t fit.

They will not refund my $$$ I tried to follow their return policy, but they refuse to give me an address and provide a refund. Facebook should band them from the site. Buyers beware!!

I have no idea where the leggings are that I ordered. What a complete joke. I doubt I will get them and most likely they will be the wrong size. I will never order something from facebook again.

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought them. I ordered 2 pairs in my size and they were made way smaller. Even though their return policy states that they will refund you if they are in the original packaging they refused and then ignored my emails. Worst company I ever bought from.

I wish i could them negative stars...tried to buy these for my girlfriend and they were way smaller than advertised...they wouldn’t do a exchange or refund...PLEASE SHARE WITH ANY AND EVERYONE...DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Same as everyone else. Took six weeks to get them and they are sized way smaller than expected. Very misleading description!

Absolutely awful. Ordered 2 pairs of leggings for my wife 2 weeks before Christmas. Received one pair a week after Christmas. Opened the pair I did receive and their sizing is COMPLETELY inaccurate. I ordered a XXL and they might be a Medium....if you stretch them out. Then when I emailed them to see how to return and get a refund, they replied with the delivery tracking # and said I had already received it. Yes, I know I've received it. Now I want to know how to return it. I sent another email about return and refund. Same response, delivery tracking # and I've received it. So I sent a third email, response this time is "Sorry that we're off work now", "We will arrange a dedicated customer service to solve your problem within 12 hours". Two days later I send a fourth email, response this time asks if there's a problem with the product, please describe specifically, asked if I could provide an image that can prove this problem. 11 days go by, I email for the fifth time. Response, did you order this according to our size chart? Later the same day, they say that the size I ordered is the size they sent so they won't do a return or exchange. Never once did they address the fact that I paid for a pair that I never received. They gladly took my money, but did not send what I purchased. They're frauds and thieves. The quality that is displayed on their site is not what I received. The sizing is not accurate (at least not in U.S. sizing). They didn't even send the whole order.

The product says it is sherpa, when received, they barely have fleece, I emailed requesting info for me to send back, and they asked for pictures and reason why I wanted to return, sent pictures of what they advertised and what they sent and they said I got what I ordered..... they are not giving me a way to return and get credit....

I wish I had checked the reviews before I fell for the Facebook ad! I followed the size chart and they were WAY too small! Tried to reach customer service multiple times for a few weeks, finally got a response. They wanted photo proof of my issue, and after I sent it they basically said "too bad, no refund or exchange". Such a scam!!

Only 1 star because I had to select something. They don't deserve any stars. Wish I would have found this review prior to ordering the cashmere leggings for my wife. It took well over a month to receive them, and like others here, the size was too small based on China sizes. When I ordered I didn't know it was coming from China, so ordered the normal size my wife wears. Well, size small was clearly meant for small children. I tried engaging over email with them and they refused to exchange for a larger size. Then I engaged through PayPal, but they wouldn't provide a shipping label to return the item, they wanted me to pay for the cost to ship the leggings back to China! I've escalated the issue to PayPal now, as I'm tired of dealing with Temptlife.com people.
