I don't even want to give this company 1 star. But the comment box won't come up without clicking on one. This place is a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The sizing is way off and their customer service is non-existent. I am assuming the items come from China and take forever to get here and then they will not do anything for you.

This is a scam so don’t fall for it. I ordered two pairs of pants that took over two months to be received. When I finally got them they were not even close to a size medium and were too short. When I tried to exchange or get a refund I got no where. They said unless there is a problem with the product the. They can’t take returns. No where on the return policy does it say this but conveniently it does say that if you are past the 30 day window of your ODERING date then they won’t refund. Works in their favor that the order takes two months to get to you. Complete crap. DO NOT BUY!!!

Not a trustworthy company. Ordered two sets of leggings on 21Nov20 (did not know there was a size chart), package received by USPS 12Dec20, arrived 4Jan21. Wrong size (guessed wrong). Temptlife refused to exchange or return items; said "Our company stipulates that if there is no wrong item sent, it is not supported to return or exchange." When I pointed out that language was nowhere in their website, they ignored me.

Zero should be a choice for this rating! The medium leggings may fit a child, but certainly not an adult! When I contacted the company for an exchange I got the exact same (poor grammar) response each time. My leggings look nothing like the photos and are made of cheap material that doesn’t stretch at all. The lining is in no way furry like the picture. Scam!!! They will be thrown in garbage! I wish they could be taken off the internet.

I had the exact same experience as many others on here. First of all product was garbage and it took over a month from order to delivery. The “cashmere” lining shown in the photos and described is not even close to the material in the pants.

Second my wife has multiple pairs of similar type pants and she is an XS or S in all of them. She could barely get the small size pants over her knees.

Finally they advertise a 30 day return policy on their website. I contacted them less than a week after the pants were delivered and they refused to return or even exchange the pants. They are a garbage company.

I ordered 2 pair of small leggings. I normally wear an XS or small or a size 0-2. They are so small I can barely get them over my hips. My daughter who is 4'10" and weighs 95 pounds can't get them on either. It is within a 30 day period, they are unworn, but the company will not refund me.

I think we should be able to rate this company with a ZERO. I'm currently going through the emails back and forth trying to get an answer on the address to return 4 pairs of leggings to get my refund. After reading these reviews, I'm just wasting my time. I sure wish I would have read them before ordering. Lesson learned. I have all the same issues as others have already mentioned. Bye Bye $100 I guess. It's not right.

Buyer beware - this company is a sham! Product is not what's advertised, size charts are incorrect & they will not provide a refund (as stated on the web site). Customer service keeps responding in broken english which is obviously put through a translator device. Stay away!

Terrible!!! Templife leggings is Such a scam! Leggings are nothing like picture! No fleece/Sherpa lining has some kind of cheap felt lining and absolutely no stretch. They do not fit, and ordered two sizes! For reference I am 5’4” 120 and small and medium are short and I can barely get them on. Costumer service is terrible, reached out two weeks after receiving them due to Christmas and they won’t allow me to return them. There is no 90 day guarantee as stated on the website.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE RIPOFF PEOPLE!!! Customer service is pathetic. There so-called size chart is completely wrong. Product is not even close to the online pictures or videos. STAY Away

Total scam company avoid at all cost. 2 months and no product received from them. I’m out $60 and don’t even get responses from their customer service anymore.

Size chart is not accurate. They send you leggings without any tags in them or any indication on them of what size they are. After I complained they actually asked me to send an image of the leggings not fitting on the woman! This should be illegal and this company should be reported. I actually asked them if this was for real and that this request is highly unusual. They just repeated that they wanted proof that they did not fit. Shame on them. Stay away from any thing Temptlife!!!

Horrible company!! Agree with everyone else would give a zero if possible. Ordered on November 3 2020..still waiting for my package. Customer service told me to have patience and wait for my package!! When I asked for a refund I was was told cant get 1 because my package is in transit.

I wish I would have read the reviews of this company what a scam I am having the same issue as everyone else ugh¡

Total scam! I ordered before Xmas with the promised delivery by the 25th. Received them 01/16/2021 and the leggings are junk. Nothing like what was pictured and described.
Damn I hate getting ripped off....

Would rate this 0 stars if possible. Product does not match description or advertising. Showed up 3 weeks after Christmas. Extremely small, not stretchy, not cashmere, not fleece lined. Stay away...

I ordered a pair of the lined tights for my daughter as a Christmas present. Advertising on Fakebook said they would arrive by Christmas. I ordered on 12/12. They were supposed to be delivered by 12/21. Finally delivered today... 1/15/2021 at the wrong address. They sent them to the billing address instead of shipping address. It took 2weeks for the order to leave China and another 2weeks to leave LA once the arrived. Had I known this was a Chinese company I’d never have bought them.

This is such blatant false advertising from temptlife! Do not waste your money or time. The pants I received are NOTHING like these pictured here. Thin, not stretchy, extremely small (I always wear a normal small.) I have reported them to my credit card company because they refuse to acknowledge any wrong doing & will not refund my $$. I’m so mad.

Looks like I’ve had the same experience as most on here. Definitely bait and switch. Kids sizes. Their hundred percent guarantee is bull. They declined a refund and exchange until PayPal got involved. But then they wanted the item shipped back tracked. Which would’ve cost me double what I paid for the leggings not worth it I would’ve lost money if I send it back I’m stuck with a pair of kids leggings that are no good for me. Oh and they are not super thick and they are not cashmere. Definitely a waste of money. And a bunch of scammers. Avoid at all costs.

We ordered 2 of the leggings, only one has come so far and it is EXTREMELY small. We contacted Temptlife and they are quick to respond but said sorry there is nothing we can do about it. We hesitated to order from them but they boasted of great customer service.. not so much. IF we ever receive the other pair we will give it away to some child. I am sad because they looked really cute on the website.
