Leggings were advertised as thick, lintless, cashmere lined leggings... What a joke, NOT EVEN CLOSE to what they are. They are kids sized, cheap, thin, sweatshirt material, full of lint. Total FALSE ADVERTISING. Do NOT waste your $. They will not refund your $ either. Will be filing a complaint with PAYPAL and my CC Company.

I have similar experience with 99% of the reviewers. I ordered leggings from their size chart and they were so small they could not be put on. According to their web site, to return items they must beunused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
I meet all conditions necessary for return and yet they refuse to accept a return simply acknowledging the shortfall of their sizing chart and apologizing for the situation. Don't walk away from purchasing from this company, RUN!

I also have had the same issues as everyone else with the company. If you used your Paypal account, initiate a payment dispute, share the information the company has sent to you (I also received all the same emails about take a picture showing they don't fit, or keep them anyway). After escalating this as a dispute with Paypal, I almost immediately received an approval to return the pants. Hope this helps some of you! Cheers

Zero! My husband bought these for me so he did not check the reviews. I recommend checking reviews no matter who your buying for. These were so small and don’t stretch at all. Pretty sure these are children’s sizes!

ZERO. The only thing they deserve is a few minutes of my time writing this review. It looks to me that we are all in the same boat, dealing with the same scam, and same late delivery, kids size, terrible quality, and scripted answers from their customer service.
JUST DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

ZERO stars given. ZERO. This company is a sham and a fraud. Do NOT order from them. The leggings are child size, cheap fabrics and most certainly NOT fleeces lined. There is also no way to return them. None. You will not get your money back. They should be ashamed of themselves.

DO NOT buy from this company. Complete scam. Sizing is for children. Poorly made with threads still hanging from seams. Would not refund money. Reporting to BBB. All of the previous reviews are legit.

This is simply a very bad company - do not do business with them. They do not honor returns, customer service is essentially non-existing, and the product as others have remarked, are nowhere near the sizing they should be. Do not purchase anything from them - they should not be allowed to do online sales.

TERRIBLE product and completely horrible customer service. In fact, it’s a pure scam. From my experience you will not be able to return your product. With my repeated requests for their return shipping address they sent demands for a detailed explanation of product flaws. Once provided, they demanded a photo of the flaws. I finally realized there is no end to this insanity. In fact, I have had two such experiences from Chinese on-line companies. I am disgusted. And have learned my lesson. No more purchases when shipped from that part of the world.

I am writing in regards to an order my husband placed for a Christmas gift. The item was nothing of what was in the image and did not fit at all! After attempting to get them over my knees - it was a huge disappointment to find they were far too small! The “fleece” was not soft, and truly NOTHING of what was imaged.
On Templife.com in their return policy, it states a 100%return and refund guarantee. I sent an email - WITHIN the 30 DAY POLICY and the response was I couldn’t return or get a refund because of what I had issues with (the size and the product in its entirety).
In response to this company, they have been reported to the BBB and I hope they no longer can false advertise a horrible product with awful customer service!
NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

This company misrepresents both the product and customer service. The thick cashmere pants were paper thin that had very poor sewing. Also I ordered a size larger for my wife because they recommended sizing up. The size was so small that they fit my 10-year old petite daughter!! They said easy returns and 30-day returns. When I complained they offered me $4 in compensation. I said no, I would like to return them for a full refund. They said the shipping costs were too expensive and they could not do that. They misrepresented everything about their product and services on their website.

The product advertised on the website is not what FINALLY arrives (it was a month late). I ordered the lined leggings, they are certainly not fuzzy nor stretchy AT ALL, not to mention the size must be for children. They feel like material you would wrap furniture in. DO NOT BUY this item, complete scam, very disappointed.

I had the same experience as all the others below... I did receive the 2 leggings I ordered, but took over a month. And the sizing was completely off from their website size chart. I emailed their returns email address: support @ tellmeline.com with pictures and measurements, and they responded quickly stating that the size I ordered, was the size they sent, so can't help me... even though their sizing chart on the site is waaaaaaaay off.

They are a scam company and probably sell under different names as well, so watch out. Do not order from them, even from Amazon. Also, coincidence or not, the credit card number used for this leggings purchase was "stolen" and used for fraudulent purchases soon after I complained to Temptlife, so decide what you will about that...

Sending PayPal resolution details now as they did not send High Waist leggings as ordered. It took 32 days from order to receive. They respond to emails with "checked multiple times and your order was sent correctly and accurately". Pictures sent clearly show this is false, and they send back canned responses.

This company is worse than coronavirus. Keep your distance. Call BBB. Fake products, bait and switch, terrible customer service, all the above. These reviews are very real.

BS COMPANY!

If you paid through PayPal you can dispute the charges. Also do the same through your CC if you paid with one.
I'm fighting with them now using this route and hope to have some success.

I bought a pair of leggings for my wife for Christmas and they were one size to small. I attempted to return them and Temptlife doesn't provide a return address or a customer service phone number. They want you to send a message through there website which is total BS. I sent them a message and never heard back from them. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. SCAM!!!!

The item is materially different from the seller’s description of it.

The pictures and the descriptions of the product from the Temptlife website and the description from my paid invoice receipt describes the pants/leggings to made up of "Thick Cashmere" material inside the pants. What i received was not cashmere material from what the pictures/product descriptions lead you to believe. This is false advertising and misleading to the consumer that is thinking that what your getting is what is advertised and then getting a way less quality product. If the pictures depicted the pants i received i would have never ordered.

This company is a SCAM do not buy any of their items from them. They told me to ship back the items but i have to pay for a shipping label. Received an international shipping quote for over $100 USD. the items i purchased totaled $69

Complete BS scam and con. Social Media platforms that allowed this company to operate on their platforms need to take corrective action.
