Temu free item is a massive scam nothing is free you have to buy something of a certain amount to get something free if you search you can get both items cheaper separately just like aliexpress just want your money just sent them ordered number and my details see what lies they come out with now for scamming people

I jumped on the Temu Bandwagon but find I return alot more items than I used to, and the freight is ridiculous. At this point, they are charging $2.99 per item, which is more expensive than big box stores when they are shipping for free (because corporations get tremendous deals when they can fill traffic lanes). And, now, they won't send Temu stuff unless you reach the quota. I am not going to get gouged, so I routinely just don't buy anymore. That and there ridiculous pop ups which are an insult to anyone with a brain, are going to run them out of business. In short, once they became a "thing", they price gouged like everyone else. Sometimes, they cost 3 times as much as everyone else. It's just not worth the time to ferret it out.

They are not truthful about there order policy every time I place an order they continue asking to place more orders to get free item I feel they are a scammer.

I got none of my 8 free items! First, Temu had me select my free items, then it said I needed to purchase regular priced items in order to get the free items so I did. I got a 2 piece suit and a dress shirt. All I received was the 2 regularly priced items. So beware!!!! You are not getting any free items. And think about it, why would someone give you 8 free items and you only spend $52?

I got 1 of my free items instead of 8 and I got charged $33 for a vacuum i didn't order within 15min. OF MY COMPLAINT ABOVE TEMU CONTACTED ME AND SAID I NEED TO SPEND $ TO GET THE FREEBIES. MY BANK RECORDS SHOW IV SPENT CLOSE TO$80 In 3 weeks. $33 of which I didnt order.

Where do I start let's start with their promotions how they say you're gonna get free this free that because of what you purchased but they just lie and make it so complicated that you buy more but never get any of the promotional stuff The shipping takes forever it's unbelievable how long it takes to get anything one item it said that it still hadn't even been shipped after 2 weeks of making the order I'm over it Then if you download their app onto your phone you get 24 hours of constant messages from tamu with dinging and messages it is irritating it interrupts other important visits like doctors messages you got timu sending constant fake advertising for free this and free that when none of it actually works they just make it again so complicated that they make you just keep buying things to get their free promotional which you don't get

Nearly always send broken things, then you have to waste your time returning them. Dont fall for the coupons they offer you, i was offered £16 off if i spend £16.01, when i tried to use it, they said i needed to spend another £15 to get free postage. So £16 when I spend £31. Disingenuous tat peddlers. Their customer support is a joke and just send the same reply over and over.

I have been a loyal customer of Temu for over 2 years, with more than 100 successful orders. However, my recent experience with their customer service was absolutely unacceptable.
Temu arbitrarily cancelled all of my active coupons. These weren't free discounts; I actually spent real money to acquire them through their promotional events to buy specific products.
When I first contacted customer support, the agent flat out lied to me, claiming that the coupons could and would be reactivated. When the issue was escalated to a higher-level support team, they completely changed the story, stating that they could not re-issue them.
To make matters worse, they refused to cover the price difference with Temu credits and instead offered me a generic 20% discount coupon just to force me into buying more.
It is shameful to treat a long-term customer this way, taking away paid benefits and refusing to offer a fair solution. Absolute lack of respect and transparency.
I can provide screenshots of my recently expired discount coupons which they refused to reissue, plus the answers provided by their customers support.
** Update: Their customers support contacted me and offered me again a generic 20% discount coupon just to force me into buying more. That's who they truly are.

They offer all these free things. If you just pay the certain amount for one product. I bought the one product I got zero free things. When I go back and look at my order on the website, those so called free things no longer even exist on my order. I should have screenshotted it when I made the order. Never again.

They offering free gift after make payment they cancel gift. There is lot of scam thin and same day they are sending one piece in order for not ask refund.

I just never though that outright scamming could be done on a shopping site but Temu does it! I started shopping on Temu about 2 months ago. At first it seemed like a great value for money place to shop, however, I was blown away to see that while they delivered the items I ordered, most of these items are of very, very poor quality and not worth buying! I am living in Jamaica and so when I order I pick up 6-7 items together and they are delivered to my courier in Fl. SwiftX. I do get the items on time, but most items are inferior quality and needs to be returned...then there are those cosmetics that are fake as hell since they never have the ingredients they claim to be in them and furthermore I even bought a shampoo that came half filled! The bottle was not damaged or anything - just a half empty bottle and that item was not even what I ordered! When I spoke with the seller I was told that the 3 in 1 formula and the 7 in 1 formula are the same! Can you believe that? That is misleading advertising! Then there is the Portable Shower that came with a 3gal bucket that leaks profusely! They also claimed to give partial refunds but one has to be careful not to request that you take back your funds in Temu Credits because they will disappear without you spending it! Also there is this Scam about giving you free gifts because you purchased from them....please dont get caught in it! It is an outright SCAM! If you have any credit in your Temu Credits or Coupons these so called "Free Gifts" will be paid for by that money and then when you ask about it, they try to tell you that you spent it on the very same things they claimed were "Free Gifts!" They do not give Free Gifts so please dont get caught up with it because you may very well regret it if you are watching your money. I just didnt know that in today's world a Site that is set up in the USA could be still up there Scamming its very customers! These people are reprobates and crooks! I dont think I wish to shop there again because the more money I spend is the more I get robbed...this is just not right! I have save pictures and videos on my IPad to show and I still have the defective items as well as the misleading descriptions cosmetics here if anyone wants to check them...I did buy a few things on the site.

Temu don't give anything away they be saying if you order, you will get these free items,but you wine up paying the free stuff that they say is free ,and then they say you order some stuff you will get these items free,that you have pick out free,which isn't true.Then temu say you have free cash which isn't true all they do is lie.They say if you order , you will free gifts. I have to received something free.After this order I will not ordering anything else from temu.liers

I think the website need to be shut down because they offer you one thing then after you purchase whatever it is, they give you to purchase. They never send you the other items. This will be my second time doing this and items that they said I was getting for free or 50% off or 75% off never received

This "Company" is a total rip off. They lured me in with their crazy advertisements. It showed me after spinning a virtual wheel that I won $2500 in free gifts and I could shop for that much worth of merchandise
Out of all the things I selected I was told that I needed to pay $65 in shipping and handling costs. I bit. The 1st thing to arrive was supposed to be my new Samsung S26 Ultra phone (over $1100 in value). Instead I got a no brand name phone with no makers marks on the phone, box or shipping materials. I started it up and found it was a pirate phone. The only internal ID showed a MUCH cheaper A37 model from no maker. I tracked the serial number and found it was a "knock off" phone that had i used it, all of my personal information would be visible for the taking. I called Temu, got AI that did nothing to help me or let me talk to a live representative. After hours online and on the phone with Temu, I got nothing. No explanations or excuses. I then canceled the shipping charges on my card. The only thing I got later from them was automated customer service emails asking for photos of the phone. I went ahead and sent them some and got no reply. BUYER BEWARE! If it sounds to good to be true, It is. This all from what I researched was a billion dollar wholesaler that doesn't back the products and just makes excuses for their nasty business practices.

Do not buy at Temu!
These people have games that are very deceitful. They promise money and products on the case you buy something. And BTW I forgot to mention when you try to log in and tge game of roulette is imposed upon you. You cannot see your account until you play their damm game. You are held captive. Tell me that is not deceitful. When it comes down to it they LIE!
Don't fall for it. I Closed my Temu account.
I stand by this review I will never buy at Temu again. And BTW this practice was attempted on me three times! I will take all my business to amazon.com
amazon.com doesn't use deceptive practices to get me to buy products. Here are the exact details Of Temu deceitful practices.
I entered Temu site. Up cane a roulette wheel I spun. I won $1500 they then asked me to pick merchandise about 9 items I picked them. Then site said to get these items totally free and ship I had to buy a product worth $10. I bought the item for $10 Guess what? Then it said I had to buy more items to get the free merchandise. So that is when I said EFFIN NO. They did this on three occasions, 3 ok?

Clearly said I could have 6 free items if I spent £25, chose items, paid and now no free items, customer service is a joke, will be sending back as soon as the cheap rubbish has arrived

It’s a scam! Whatever you do, don’t give them your Debit Card or Credit Card information. They make multiple charges without authorization. Oh and there are no free prizes.

And Temu has replied to my review and wants me to go back in to speak with one of their AI Agents who will take great care… what a bunch of bs. If any of this reply was true, they would have worked with me on one of the 27 calls I tried making or the 30 chats online I tried having about charges that were made for orders I hadn’t received yet. Oh and when I sent them the proof of this, they offered Temu credit so I could reorder. It’s like wanting to punch someone in the face so much and then remembering they’re hiding behind a keyboard.
