If I could rate them lower I would. Their promotions are a scam. They promise you credits and free items when you order and they don’t follow through.
Will never order again from them.

SCAM SCAM SCAM, they baited me in with "You can chose any 6 free items". I chose 6 free item, then they say to get the 6 free items you gotta buy 2 items, so i did. However, only the 2 items that i paid for got shipped and not the 6 free items the promised, customer service was useless and did nothing, it was like talking to a robot that kept trolling me, STAY AWAY!!!

I went through so many hoops to get my 'free' stuff. Then was told to pay. We all know nothing is free but decided to try anyway. It's BS!!

They lie about free gifts. Never getting them. Its a scam.

So logged on to The Temu app, got told I had 6 free gifts to collect, chose them, then placed an order for around £20, only to discover 2 of the free gifts would be sent out, and to collect the remaining 4 I would need to place further orders, totally a scam in my opinion I immediately cancelled my order, and to be fair to Temu the refund is processing, though not in my bank yet
I've now deleted the app, no more orders from me

It all depends on what you're looking for, there is good stuff and bad stuff and not everything is cheaper on timu, I've seen chocolate bars for $12 a piece. The shipping does take approximately 2 weeks but in my experience it always arrives at MY door and normally before the 2 weeks is up. Amazon almost always delivers to the wrong door. You are bombarded by spinning wheels and free gifts. I never bother to click on them. I've had no problem with clothing. Go up one size though. It isn't always the best quality but it's in my budget and serves its purpose. Like im not trying to buy Gucci or electronics n' shit, I know what I'm getting into. I've never personally had an issue with customer service. Although a little slow online chat, I always get my refund/price adjustment/replacement. Don't just click on the cheapest option., you mostly get what you pay for in that regards. Overall experience is good. I give it 2 stars because the amount of scam calls and hang ups after each order is ridiculous (rogers, rogers, rogers!). They taper off until you order again. The only emails I get are about my order/delivery. Great place to buy stocking stuffers and unique greeting cards!

To temus response because apparently they don't understand my problem.
Everyday I get message after message saying you have 5 free gifts to claim so yesterday I needed a few things so I chose the 5 Free gifts and paid for the other stuff I ordered but you don't get all 5 gifts you have to make a separate order to get the next free gift so by the time you have spent 5 separate transactions the gifts aren't free because I worked out I would have to spend over 100 pounds to get the free gifts and to me that's terrible, people like ticoc give you money off the actual price not make you spend more money it's ridiculous
I usually like temu but these so called free gifts are a scam, I was told I had 5 free gifts because I do shop a lot on temu so I choose 5 things I then spend 35 pounds thinking I'll get the gifts on top oh no you have to spend over 15 pounds to get the next free gift so when they say you have 100 pounds coupon what they mean is you have to spend over 100 pounds to get the 5 free gifts so they aren't free are they, I'm not shopping with temu anymore

Their bonus and "star gift" systems exist solely to complicate things and confuse customers into paying more to get what they think they’ve already won. As for the "cash-back" bonus—just forget it! It’s a scam; they claim they’ll pay out once a certain amount has been spent on purchases.
I placed an order worth approximately 10,000 NOK, but I received only 80% of the items; although I sent a message regarding this, I have not yet received any response.
The electronic items do not work, and the four smartwatches are not new.
Shopping on Temu is a complete waste of time.
I advise others not to shop there; otherwise, you should be prepared to lose your money.

Overall pretty good. You know that the goods will be cheap price and cheap quality, so you get what you pay for. Sometimes when I have asked to return something that I did not like, Temu has said, Keep it for free. You cannot say better than that.

I played that spin wheel. And it read I won 7 items for free. So they sent me choices to pick out 7 items so in order for me to receive them I had to pay a total of 15.98. They lied. And somehow I tried to find it for proof they deleted it so I wouldn't find what I won in the spin wheel
in which they only sent 3 items. Don't fall for that spinning wheel. It's all LIES LIES LIES, they trick you into taking money from your card without your consent. How did they want me to accept only 3 gifts if I won 7 ? But that's what they do they are RIP OFFS. Be careful they won't even ask you what your options are they just take money off your card without your consent.

The free gift promotions are just a big con . You get one thing then they want you to keep spending . I’ve never achieved the second gift . The quality of the goods are poor if you’re lucky you get the odd half decent item . I’ve never bought clothing that is good material . Maybe ok for the odd thing but generally rubbish .

They get you to buy stuff with the promise of free gifts. Then they never come and no costumer service help. Only automated responses that just take you around in circles

Just started using Tem U as a customer for the last month. Pretty rough great products to offer on their platform. Unfortunately, they work with irresponsible unethical affiliates on the front-end. As listers, not listing products accurately falsely advertising. No communication lying that you're able to communicate with them. Then, on the back end, you have the issue with the delivery carrier. Who doesn't respond and who lies after being given direct specific instructions? And then when you address it with teamu, they support rubber stamp, the lies that are actually being sent. So it's a bunch of 3 groups lying to the customer, waiting an order from all the way on the other side of the country. I've been lied to you for a total of 23 days. As of today, I do not have my product. It was for a gift I'm in the doghouse for and I'll continue to see the lie to buy all 3 components. They are disgraceful shameful, don't give a c*** about how it affects the customer and are only concerned about the sale and don't have any option to go into the order once it goes wrong, by intervening and switching the carrier for delivery and/or getting the Lister to respond as a matter of fact. I ask, how long do you give the Lister to respond? When a problem comes up, they say we don't have a time limit. So they could be 30 days, 60 days, 90 days for them to respond in China. That's a corrupt, unethical proactus. I'm basis to run a company, and that's what timo is about. And they don't care, and they would go thirty sixty ninety days lying to you every day. Asking you for a refund instead of fixing it, a bloody disgrace. Avoid TEMU like the plague, you'll love the products you'll Hate the experience. I have also filed an FTC complaint against all 3 yanwei. T e m u and omkis everyday until I receive that product every single day. You already have twenty three with two complaints. So that's forty six complaints on this one order. Enjoy

I have always recommended Temu but not now. Ordered two sofa beds at the same time. Arrived different colors tried to return them was told to take them to the post office which I did only to be told that the post office doesn't bulk items. Now they want me to send them back which I wanted to. I have to to arrange a courier to pick them up and they will pay the return fee but they need to be weighed but I don't have scales. Next option they offered was to return them at by own expense. Temu offer free returns . Please do not buy bulk items from temu they are a nightmare. Plus during this period I have had to have my beloved dog put to sleep after having him for 15 years . Temu you are a disgraceful

temu has some excellent tec design people! They get one into their traps and one cannot get out. With all the false games (it says clearly everyone will win the best prize), and one is hooked. They promise a huge percentage markdown but end up charging the full price. So much for free! Be extremely careful with the wording on adverts as there is too much fine print. They promise excellent service but have never replied to one of my emails. Refunds are next to impossible. Stay away is my rec.

Played there"Farmland" game for months, in the end had to spend hundreds of dollars in order to complete it 100% and get free stuff.
Have not received free goods and when i queried where they were,Temu said i had only reached 99.99%
Why would anyone stop once reaching that far.
Game has now finished and i have no way of checking. Have to take their word for it as they are not prepared to do anything about it.

I WON 6 ITEMS FREE AND I CHOSE THEM ALL BUT THEN WHEN FINISHED SAID I HAD TO SPEND £10 FOR FIRST ITEM THEN SAID £12 FROM SECOND FREE ITEM.
I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE HAD TO SPEND OVER £60 TO GET ALL ITEMS FREE.
TEMU GIVE YOU A PROMOTION OF 6 ITEMS FREE BUT DO NOT TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO BUY ITEMS TO GET EACH ONE FREE.
WHAT A CON COMPANY TO LET YOU WIN UP TO 6 ITEMS FREE THEN TELL YOU TO BUY ITEMS TO GET EACH ONE FREE.
DO NOT TRUST THIS PROMOTION TO WIN FREE ITEMS.
I DO NOT WANT TO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY ON MY FIRST ORDER.
AVOID THIS COMPANY MAY BE CHEAP BUT CON YOU WITH YOUR FIRST PROMOTION WIN.

Lied about free gifts, wasted an hour of my time. Immediately canceled 4 overpriced items due to their lies, hard to tell if I'm even getting what they charged me for the crappie items back.
I cannot believe this company is even allowed to operate within American borders. Criminal. Don't fall for the bait.
