If I could leave zero stars I would! Complete scam you think you’re getting stuff for cheaper but they’re overcharging you by telling you you’re getting free gifts that you’re not getting and then charging them for you when you check out. Buyer beware I do not recommend shopping here.

I ordered two items. Neither were what I ordered. It was supposed to be a 3 pak of of 39 tide pods (I got 1) and a 100 pak of trash bags (I got 75) and several free gifts including an iron skillet set that never came. This was a scam. Major scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TEMU.

Total scam. They screwed up my whole order and gave me wrong sizes on shirts and never got the so called free gifts they promise. Adding insult to injury Temu directed me to Just Answer who said they were charging me $5 fully refundable for assistance
They charged me $70 and told me I bought a subscription which was total bull. Not worth even thinking about buying anything from Temu!!!!

I will leave my previous review below, because it is an honest account of my experience.
However I have to change my rating, firstly because the actual problem was the fault of J&T Express rather than Temu and secondly because Temu have refunded me in full for the wrongly delivered package!
It shouldn't have taken as long as it did, but a full refund is the best solution anyone can expect!
I am removing the comment saying Temu deserve zero stars, obviously unfair comment now. I will also move my rating from 1 star to 3.

When I 1st used them they were alright and I got one absolute bargain, but they are always encouraging you to spend more in an insidious way with the promises of free gifts, that you can never spend enough to get. Dangerous for people with addictive personalities personalities or 'shopaholics'. Also a lot of the products are cheap tat!
My real problem came when I had a few orders and they put them all in one package. This package was 'delivered' by J&T Express (see their reviews). It was wrongly delivered to an unknown location! Communication with J&T is basically impossible, so I have had to go through Temu. I don't think I have corresponded with a human being! I complained about 1 order going missing, I didn't realise there were 12 different orders in the 1 package package because J&T only reported 1 being delivered, I got that refunded!
I have since tried to claim for the rest of them and Temu say they have done a thorough investigation and the package was delivered correctly, despite no one contacting me in the 'thorough investigation'. The delivery picture was of a parcel dumped outside on tarmac by a locked roller shutter! I have sent pictures of the correct door(not a shutter) and surrounding area, no tarmac or anything else resembling the delivery picture! Temu's bots keep spouting the same nonsense and I have gone round in circles for weeks!
Eventually I decided to leave feedback on all items, including pictures of the different doors! Temu have removed my reviews because...

Before you order always check the reviews and pictures. If you want to order clothes make sure to check for uk sizes again the item you are looking at . And if ur a little plump ladies and gentlemen go for the plus size ..if you order a uk seller items they are £2 extra for delivery. If not satisfactory you can return them.. and you can have timu credit our option to go back on ur bank card that you paid via . Tracking good and if items arrive after estimate delivery date . Timu will give you £4 credit to use on future orders . There is a limit that you can place orders £15 with free shipping. Our if you order via local uk sellers you can spend what you want but there a £2 charge for delivery. Normally uk seller arrive in couple days . Most order from timu Normally take between a week to 10 days . But you will get all the information when you placed order . You can gets some great items .at good prices. I definitely recommend. If you ever have a problem the customer service is Ai but you just ask to speak to human and within couple minutes you are connected. All via text. Quickly. Just remember check everything you want via the reviews and check the pictures and videos so you can see if its OK. And remember always check the sizes in the charts against normal uk sizes as Chinese sizes are a lot smaller. A lot of items come from USA to .you can purtches anything and everything all most . Temu is scam and scamming people with free gifts the call it when you choose gifts up 10 some time in and and up to ( 0 ) zero gift and ask to buy minimum of $35 dollars you go check out but there no free gifts anywhere or anything you choose before,i dont like what they do happen to me many times,and the won’t let. You just buy few things always offering free stuff wicked is cheapest thing they have they thing there are so stupid the don’t really know how much business they lose,with this free stuff which is scam most times the lose so much money,I thing they have do with the marketing because I they are scam the people.
Hi again I just found out temu the charged me 2 times ones,ones on my master card and 2and time for some items with my BMO debit master card,I tried to reach them but I can’t find any one to talk to,as I said they are biggest scammer in this country and government doesn’t know or doesn’t say anything and this scammers ripping of customers I will do anything to get my money back.

Do not buy from this company. I knew I shouldn't have but I went ahead....The order was for several free items, free shipping. The courier came. I wondered why he was taking so many pictures. He put the TWO items down and took a picture and then picked one item up and took another picture. They charged me for one of the items TWICE and also charged shipping. Items are not what was ordered. Company is fraudulent.

I saw the Reindeer candy gift bag with a zipper and smiled. I also ordered the snow man. I did place an order and when I received it, I put the Reindeer in my pile of Christmas gifts for my family. I am going to fill it with fun things each person will appreciate and enjoy. I have not tested the zipper yet but I will use something with color to put in the window and watch my family enjoy their gift. Well done, TEMU!

I don’t have a problem with their products. We know it’s cheap but get it pretty quickly in my experience. However, I do NOT like that they scam you into buying items claiming you will get all these free items and get you to pick them out then still show you have to pay to add the free. This just happened to me today. I placed the order thinking I had 9 free items and when I reviewed the order, it was only the 3 extra items I paid for to get the 9 free. So frustrated. Additionally, their app! You can’t go on the app and just search as you have so many pop ups that are very annoying. Some you can’t get out of until it completes stops moving. Again, VERY annoying!!! It’s a gimmick to get you to buy more. Stop IT!

They scam you into buying items claiming you will get all these free items and get you to pick them.out. They never arrive amd dont show up as part of your order. Its a gimmick to get you to buy more. They claim to have a 97% Customer satisfacrion rate. This is clearly not true. The number they provide for customer service is automated to redirect you back to their chat which states its a min 2 hour response time. In order to get a respinse you need to keep the window open. Delivery times are all over the place. You can expect your delivery to be purposely late so they can give you a $5.00 credit to encourage you to go back and use it to buy something else and more gimmicks on top of that. Most items are junk as well. Save your money and the hassle and order somewhere else.

Temu is just like they are fishing customers, they put a a lot of baits in their hooks then keep fishing until they got me. When you click, and spin their spinning wheel, it says congratulations you won $1,000 worth of items. Then, I add a lot of items worth $1,000, then suddenly they said, you have to buy at least 2 items to get those free items supposedly worth thousand box. Then after few weeks, they only deliver the 2 items that I purchased! No more free items! What the heck! And order again few months later, they give me supposedly worth $300 box and hoping this time they give me what they promised! Supposedly 6 items, but unfortunately they only send me 2 free items this time.

Worst online shopping platform out there they tell you your getting so much for free but make u purchase up to a certain amount which basically is always 40 dollars or more and when u do purchase they wait to give you your free items in a span of more than a month its horrible I would never recommend this app to anyone

simply amazing. best shopping app I've ever used istg. i basically order from Temu every month. it has everything i need, very affordable prices and you always get discounts, quick delivery, amazing friendly customer service too, they even give you free coupon and reactivate your expired ones. and if you had trouble with items you can easily return and get your refund and more often than not they spare you the hassle of returning. i order my art supplies, my cat toys, clothes.. etc. stuff. amazing delivery usually takes a week (but i live in middle east). Overall im very very happy with it and it has become my main shopping app. Some items have bad quality but Temu can resolve it quickly by compensating. You can also find very good quality items, always look for photo reviews before buying. Overall very good experience, i definitely recommend

Nothing but a scam. They are falsely advertising for “free gifts” there are no free gifts. You have to buy, buy and buy again. Before you know it you’re over £100 gone. I cancelled the whole thing and now it’ll take 5 days to refund. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Temu offers fake free gifts. Nothing is free because you have to spend a minimum $40. Then they bombard you with pretend offers even when you press the X to close the page 10 keep coming up before you can move on. Getting fed up with Temu. SHEIN is better and better products. Not to mention with Temu had 1 to many faulty products.

These people are a bunch of crooks. They ran my credit carde at 3am in the morning while I was sleeping for over 300 dollars. Also when you spin the wheel thats a big con too. It said I won $15,000 in prizes. Another time it said I won 8 free prizes. When I placed a order it only gave me 2 prizes. I also bought a coin thinking it was real. It was a fake coin. They should all be put in jail.

The 2 Star is based simply on DECEPTIVE business.
Your free gifts never come.

Very confusing when trying to buy something ,highlighted a pair of boots I wanted, then it said I had 4 free gifts, ended up paying for some paints and a belt which I did not really want ,some items look good but it's no good if you don't actually get what you want in the confusing purchasing method
