Nothing but a scam. They are falsely advertising for “free gifts” there are no free gifts. You have to buy, buy and buy again. Before you know it you’re over £100 gone. I cancelled the whole thing and now it’ll take 5 days to refund. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Temu offers fake free gifts. Nothing is free because you have to spend a minimum $40. Then they bombard you with pretend offers even when you press the X to close the page 10 keep coming up before you can move on. Getting fed up with Temu. SHEIN is better and better products. Not to mention with Temu had 1 to many faulty products.

These people are a bunch of crooks. They ran my credit carde at 3am in the morning while I was sleeping for over 300 dollars. Also when you spin the wheel thats a big con too. It said I won $15,000 in prizes. Another time it said I won 8 free prizes. When I placed a order it only gave me 2 prizes. I also bought a coin thinking it was real. It was a fake coin. They should all be put in jail.

The 2 Star is based simply on DECEPTIVE business.
Your free gifts never come.

Very confusing when trying to buy something ,highlighted a pair of boots I wanted, then it said I had 4 free gifts, ended up paying for some paints and a belt which I did not really want ,some items look good but it's no good if you don't actually get what you want in the confusing purchasing method

I don't understand the large amount of negative reviews on this platform, but I've been using Temu for 2 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Their products are clearly displayed with multiple photos and videos, their prices are superb with discounts throughout the year, they offer free shipping, you can return items (for free) and they offer refunds. Their customer service is above average and I've never had any issues with any of the sellers. I mean, what more do you want? 90% of the items I've bought from them are great, the rest were either returned or refunded.
People have this idea that Temu is this cheap Chinese market filled with useless junk, but what I've realized is that Temu has exposed the overpriced goods on every other website. We've been paying more than we should have for years until Temu came along. The reality is that, "Made in China" today is not the same as it was 20 years ago. I believe most of the negative reviews might have come from American corporations trying to bully and bring Temu down as it is affecting their businesses and diverting traffic.
By the way, this is not a sponsored post, I am not a bot, and I have no incentive in posting this and no affiliation to Temu or to China for that matter. I’m just a regular, broke guy who’s been using Temu for more than two years, and I’m sick and tired of the ever-increasing cost of simply trying to live a decent life.
You can take my word for it and use Temu to save yourself some money, or you can keep paying premium prices for “Made in China” products at your favourite American retailer while continuing to feed the endless corporate greed that’s making life increasingly unaffordable and plaguing our world.

I paid for 2 items, then was told to pick 6 items for free, they didn’t arrive , when I tried to get an answer after numerous emails and messages, I was put back to a spinning wheel that gave me another chance for 6 items, this company is surely fraudulent in their working of their company .
I then looked at their reviews and they were very negative about 80% .
I think because they are so cheap the customer can’t be bothered to do anything about it.
I am very angry and disappointed with this company

This company is nothing but a scam. They tell you you're going to get free gifts if you order something first and then they promise you to send you gifts that you order. They never come. It's just nothing but a big scam

Reply from Temu
They ask you to choose gifts with a purchase. You make the required purchase but only get one free gift. Then they prompt you to make another purchase with a minimum but you don't get any of the other gifts even if you make a purchase higher or equal to the prompt. That is misleading and fraudulent. They need to stop this. If you want ppl to make a purchase of a certain amount to qualify for 3 or 6 free gifts say so.

I'm so upset with Temu I complained to the Chinese embassy in Washington about it!! Temu truly brings SHAME to China and the Chinese people!! Runs like a scam with fake "extra discounts, credits and gifts" that disappear once ordered! Even seen prices go up at checkout! SO SHAMEFUL! I wanted to order one item and ended up ordering more as I got pushed it to get some free gifts, EVENTUALLY I NEVER RECEIVED!!!! No customer service to answer my questions about it!! I don't understand why they can't just stick to their core competitive pricing without the casino themed fake gimmicks! They really damaged my trust in temu!.

Not trustworthy app.. the promote free or discount by either spinning the wheel or buying something full price..... but when the purchase gone through... they go around and charge you for that free item full charge and also delivery is very sketch when they keep changing the date on you... so that week can be 2 weeks or 3 weeks after...SCAM SCAM SCAM....

I’ve tried Temu a few times and was pleasantly surprised. My order arrived faster than expected (around 10 days), and most of the products matched their descriptions. The prices are significantly lower than on other platforms. By entering the code tas97834 in the search bar with my first order, I even received a small free gift, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’ll definitely order again.

I feel that temu is Very annoying and tricky they make you feel like you are going to get items for free if you order a certain amount to get the items but you never receive the items for free only what you order! Very misleading! Beware because they have a way of charging your card and you don't even want what they say you ordered very misleading!

I bought a wooden storage cabinet it was very expensive for a flat pack costing around £100. When it arrived absolutely none of the pieces were labelled and the wood effect panels for the front were chipped right in the front centre in multiple places.
It took 3 days on and off to try and assemble but near the end discovered vital pieces were missing.
The drawers don’t open and close properly as when you try to close it they jam on the lower part meaning you have to pull them upwards and lift them with extreme force to be able to close them.
I contacted customer service explaining about the missing parts and was told they couldn’t send them and the only option was to return or request refund,
I went through the return process and it said due to the inconvenience to them of me returning the faulty item they would offer me a partial refund. I said ok to that and figured I would try to find replacement parts with the money they refunded.
However my partial refund was then rejected and denied by them even though they are the ones who offered it in the first place saying I was being inconvenience to them by asking to return it?!
So after that was rejected I had no option but to ask for return. It’s advertised as free returns and Temu will give a label however they then decided they won’t give me a label and told me I have to find someone who will transport it and wait for them to get it and decide if I should be reimbursed or not?!!!
Considering the size and weight I cannot lift it to box jt up and get it back downstairs let alone try and find someone to carry it.
I don’t drive and am disabled but Temu think it’s my job to carry furniture back to them after it arrived missing parts and damaged?!
I went in chat asked for a manager asked to raise a help ticket and the agent ignored every single thing and just sent robotic replies, clearly didn’t speak a word of English and wasn’t interested in understanding the problem.
I’m now stuck with a damaged incomplete item and left
Ripped off, I order from Temu a lot but this has left such a bad taste in my mouth and feeling scammed. I mentioned to my family who were all disgusted and said they heard Temu had changed and was now a scam site. Don’t know if they’ve been bought out or if they just have started ripping people off to maximise profits but no longer letting people return stuff of giving them labels means now every single time you order you risk losing your money on faulty goods. Buyer beware!!! You can get en speak to a proper manager or human being who comprehend the issue it’s just “computer says no”. I have contacted my bank who said if it’s not resolved by next week they will step in. They said they had had lots of issues with this site and were considering blacklisting them. Wil update if I get any progress.

I was offered a 99% discount offer and could select 4 items. I placed the orders on the correct page and 3 of the 4 were added to my orders. The 4th item didn't on my last order. When I enquired I was told I had passed the discount offer. I showed that the offer was still valid till 14 Sept at 9.47 and I enquired just after 9pm on 13 Sept. All I got was the run around from customer service. Basically telling me I didn't order correctly and ordered after expiry when neither was true. Now they say I must reslect a different gift. The system doesn't allow for it. Completely unhelpful customer service. PO-210-11642923674230139

I received a scratched vacuum cleaner from Temu. This item was supposed to be a gift for my sister, so receiving it damaged was already extremely disappointing.
I contacted support and asked for at least a partial refund so I could have the scratches polished and still give the item as planned. Temu refused. Their customer service feels like talking to robots: they repeat the same scripted responses and completely ignore the actual situation. I explained that returning the item was not a realistic solution because it was meant to be a gift, yet nobody seemed capable of understanding or handling a basic damaged-item case fairly.
I have spent hundreds of dollars on Temu over time, and this is how they treat a returning customer over one damaged product. Since they refused even a reasonable partial refund, I will now open a dispute with my bank and recover my money through legal consumer protection channels.
I will also be sharing this experience publicly on TikTok, Instagram, and my other social media accounts, with the order number and full details of how Temu customer support handled this. People should know what happens when an item arrives damaged and Temu decides to hide behind automated replies instead of taking responsibility.
Temu has lost a long-term customer. I will not buy even a sticker from them again, and I do not recommend anyone else trusting this platform with their money.

They are such scammers! Don’t fall for anything they say you will get for free! It doesn’t happen and you just keep spending more and more money as they keep teasing you with free stuff and changing the rules and not allowing you to deposit the cash because they” problem” always seems to occur when you try to do it! 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

I love temu but i think its not as good as it was, one time u could pick your gifts and go back and claim them every night no matter how much you spent, now yh still selks great stuff, still does free gifts but u got to spend £100 or more to get one free gift bit of a con in that respect

Lies Lies Lies! This site should be closed! Free items what a joke. Credit what a joke! I've never ordered from this site until the other day. First off free spins... six free items blah blah blah. I put in an order and thought I was receiving my free solar bug catcher valued at around $60. No I paid for it but didn't get my other things. Strange! Then I put in another order thinking maybe I didn't read the fine print etc. No! I was supposed to be get $120 off my next order and free things yet again. So I then put in an order again spending another $80 something. This is false advertising TEMU!
