I would have given this NO STARS if I could!!! Ordered a special outfit for a funeral. When it came I was embarrassed and disgusted at the poor quality. It was supposed to have slits at the side and the front. Soft material, flowing style.
It was nothing like the advert!!! Cheap, faulty, one slit. Just awful!! Don’t waste your money with this company. They are not what they seem. 😡

i gave 1 star as it wasn't possible to give none! This company is a disgrace...avoid at all costs! The dress I received is totally different from the one I ordered and the quality is awful! The material is like a nylon overall! This is a con!

1....strapless bra....material thin and not very supportive. Cup inserts far too small for an XL
2....vest with built in bra....cheap thin material. Cup inserts far too small for XL

Just had a delivery of a yellow dress which looked lovely and the model who wore it stretched it all out in the video, it was far to small and not same material at all very disappointed waste of time and money!!!

Ordered 3xl, ridiculously small! No return documentation. Waste of money, straight into the charity bag!

I ordered shoes and by mistake I chose the wrong colour and I cancelled my order after 1 min . They took all the payment and it's been over 7 weeks they haven't refunded me yet as they keep excusing by saying that their refund payment system is under a maintenance which started month ago and it never ends.
Still waiting for my money and I hope this company respons me .

As I was unable to get direct contact with this company I contacted PayPal requesting an expected date of shipping/delivery.
Have just received notification from Tendaisy that they have cancelled my order because I did this and their financial department will review my refund ….. so guess what I contacted PayPal again with this advice.

I ordered a coat that was supposed to look exactly the same as a branded one, they used the same photos as the original branded version, however when I received it, it looked very different. Asked for a refund, but they are not only not willing to refund me the postage I paid (£6) for the item, but they said they would deduct the return postage price from the refund of the item's price itself?! Absolute scam, ripoff, outrageous.

Edit: I ended up requesting a full refund via PayPal, luckily that has been processed. I returned the coat with a pre-paid label that the seller provided at no extra cost for me, so all in all I managed to get my money back.

I bought 3 shirts in a wrong size ( too small) . I tried to return them following the online procedure as is indicated inside the parcel but didn’t work. I sent email to the customer service and they solve the problem in a very short time. I’m very happy with the solution they proposed to me.

Made an order for 2 dresses on July 17th, they took a little over a month to arrive. But after receiving them, I totally forgot all the waiting. The dresses are perfect. Great quality, same as the pictures exactly, the size is perfect. It was worth the wait. And I will definitely shop again from Tendaisy.

The ordered clothes were very good , only one is wide but it arrived after more than a month ...

today from Tendaisy. True the parcel took one month to be delivered but I was satisfied with the packaging, quality, size and fabric. I received what I ordered and found in the photos. I am so happy with the dresses and can't really wait to wear them. Real value for money. Thank you.

Paid on 18 April for 5 items and still haven't had anything. Order says processing and hasn't changed. Trying to get my money back. Will not order from them again and would advise anyone to avoid!
