Worst company ever. I ordered for 80€ 2,5 months ago. After 2 months nothing was even send. I contacted them a few times but everytime i got another lame excuse. Sow i canceled my order around 2 weeks ago. Guess what, i haven't recieved my money back. 🤬

Attention!!!! Tendaisy.com is scam !!!! don't trust him !!!! I paid for the order for several things, the money was transferred to the site, but the confirmation of the Payment for the goods from the site was not received! All purchased items disappeared from the cart, as if I had not bought them! It is impossible to contact the support service of the site, on the site itself in the "privacy policy" section it is repeatedly said that the site is not responsible for anything at all! I will write negative reviews about this site everywhere, until the Support Service will contact me by phone !!! Scammers !!!!!

I ordered 2 tops the same but different colours. One top came that I ordered was horrendous. Very bad quality. I can only describe as a painting apron. The other top was a totally different one. Obviously sent both back which I had to pay. Terrible customer service. Do not order from this site

I purchased a couple of the Solid Casual Round Neckline 3/4 Sleeves Blouses that claim to be "Material:
Knitted". They are definitely not knitted, more like some kind of shiny, gym clothes lycra. Even the grey with blue stars jumper that says it's "cotton" is the same shiny stuff, and absolutely NOT a natural fibre. They are dirt cheap for a reason.

I have had no problem with ordering from Tendaisy its just trying to return something that I'm struggling with. I can't find the return form/request a return on the website? Any suggestions 😊

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this company. I had a long time to wait from I placed my order then was told one of the products was no longer available and despite the money being taken out of my account when I paid, the refund would then take up to 14 days. Customer services were very prompt which is why I gave 1 stars, and offered me discount of 5% and a discount code for a future purchase. When my other item did arrive it was not as described. It was supposed to be cotton and it was not cotton. Full refund given. Poor overall experience that cost me approx £10in postage costs for nothing. Suppose that’s a chance you take but I won’t be buying again from the company.
