Do not get their subscription boxes!
This company have taken my money for a subscription I can supposedly manage but unfortunately since March I have been waiting on them to get a fault fixed (whenever I go to my manage subscription page of my account it is just blank). I have sent numerous emails asking for this to be fixed and been ignored. I needed to pause my subscription and change my delivery address as I have moved country and they have ignored every email. I specifically said do not send this months, tried to get in touch through the website, by email, on facebook but they have ignored every message. Sadly they have now sent my box that I wanted to pause to an address that I do not live at. Please do not be caught out like I have this is a new company and clearly does not look after their customers. I also tried to leave a review on their website but even through I have verified my purchase the system they use (judge.me) to do their reviews shows that these are hidden from the website and there seems to be no way for me change this.
