Although Tesco offered a reasonable price for the cover I required it was Not that easy to renew or change my payment details, when finally I managed to pay for my policy the site closed down for maintenance so I couldn’t check if my payment was successful and thought I had been scammed until the next day when I received confirmation

I'm severly deaf so don't usually like phone calls, but the man at Tesco was articulate & spoke slowly so I was comfy. He better than matched prices I'd found from RAC & AA, double checked I had all the cover I need & helped me pay easily. It was a pleasure to contact Tesco staff in UK rather that what so often happens I get through to a mumbler in Mumbai, have to cancel the call & write a letter instead with the extra cost of postage.

I was seeking a quote to renew last years policy fur buildings cover and it was even cheaper than last year , which itself was cheap ! Well done Tescos , and I found the ability to Not auto renew comforting abd easy to do in the website - in contrast to other sites which seem to make choosing NOT to auto renew it difficult . Again !
