Customer Service

Even though, I wanted to return the roof rack, not because it's defective but I do not wanted it anymore, their return policy says I have to pay shipping which is a lot and unexpected. They worked out with me to keep the product as it doesn't make sense to pay high shipping cost.

BEST

All the devices purchased here work great and are easy to install with the help of excellent customer service. (Video installation films) You also get special assistance. For example, I put too many consumers in the car and it became overloaded. I reported this to Tesery, who found another point in the car, solving my problem.
All decorative elements and steering wheel covers are beautiful and precise.
Everything arrives undamaged and quickly, even though I order from far away.
I sincerely recommend Tesery to everyone!

When a tracking status shows a package is still in China after several days, it usually means one of three things is happening:

Awaiting Export Clearance: The package is in a queue at a major shipping hub (like Shenzhen or Shanghai) waiting for customs to clear it for international departure.

Consolidation: The carrier is grouping multiple orders together to fill a cargo container or flight, which can sometimes cause a 5–7 day "pause" in tracking updates.

Tracking Lag: Often, the status won't update again until the package physically lands in your country and is scanned by your local postal service or courier.

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered a set of 4 center hub covers. One was defective and was replaced by Tesery to my complete satisfaction. Customer Service is critical to the online market and Tesery meets the test.

A company with excellent service

I was initially skeptical about purchasing non-OEM products, but Tesery completely exceeded my expectations. After receiving my armrest storage bin, I noticed what appeared to be a crack—likely caused during delivery. I reached out to customer service and was blown away by how smoothly everything was handled.

Akane from their team was outstanding. He stayed in constant communication, responded promptly, and didn’t miss a beat throughout the entire process. A replacement was quickly ordered with no hassle at all, and on top of that, he took the time to provide detailed and helpful information about a rear entertainment system I’m considering purchasing next.

This level of customer service is rare these days and has completely changed my perception of buying non-OEM accessories. Tesery has earned my trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again. Highly recommended!

Tesla accessories galore

I purchased a new Tesla that opened me up to the world of all the Tesla accessories. Tesery was recommended to me by a fellow Tesla owner friend. She has had many orders and speaks highly of them. I have placed several Big ticket purchases this month and have been very pleased with their quality and service thus far. I had a couple of items I needed to cancel and that process was very smooth as well

Delays past Christmas. Products I did get are very cheap

Product came and it's very cheap. the other products are hugely delayed and i wasn't told that before hand--i was mislead into thinking they'd come soon. I now may not have them for Christmas.

After i got the product i ordered

After i got the product i ordered, i realized it was not fit for my preferences, contacted tesery support , and they refunded me the full price. Product was great too , it just wasn’t best for me.

Wrong product fitment, but incredible customer service

I purchased a headlight for my Tesla Model Y because of the great price. My stock headlight had stopped working, and I figured I'd do it myself to save the $3,000 that Tesla was going to bill me.

When I received the light, I was taking my car in to get wrapped, and the shop said they'd install the light for me, saving me from having to do it myself. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed the headlight wasn't working, even though it was installed correctly. On my way home, I stopped at Tesla, and they said that although it was an OEM replacement, it was the wrong headlight unit. It was meant for another Model Y fitment. With that, I told Tesla just to do the swap to a new light, and I ended up paying the $3,000 anyway.

When I first reached out to Tesery, they didn't understand how I got the wrong unit because they had implemented this feature on their website that would make this nearly impossible, but I had purchased before this was on the site.

Tesery ended up giving me a refund because of the issue.

Note: This whole process went over 7 months because I got the headlight, then a month later had my wrap appointment, and a week later had the new Tesla headlight installed, and then went for a month vacation with my family, and then had to start the process over again. Even with all of that, Tesery made it easy for me to pick up the support with them. I am truly grateful.
